My experience with Dr. Rafael Gottenger and his amazing staff was wonderful this past year. They have great professional bedside manners and are very sweet and warm. I recommend Dr. Gottenger highly to anyone that needs or is choosing to have plastic surgery.

Where do I even begin? I was referred to Dr. Gottenger when I lost a significant amount of weight and was having issues with excess skin. I connected with him instantly. I felt like he really heard my concerns and was straightforward about the best approach. I chose him without any other opinions from other surgeons. I am so glad I did. After 8 hours of surgery and 10lbs of skin removed from my abdomen, I can tell you that the results are incredible. But, he and his staff are so much more than their skill. During the surgical procedure and throughout the intensive recovery, I lost my mom to a sudden illness. I was emotionally devastated, on top of being physically incapacitated. He and his office could not have been more supportive, including getting on the phone with me over the holidays, while he was on vacation, when I was suddenly faced with an issue. I will be forever grateful. If you are considering him, don't consider it for one minute more. Say yes!!!

Honestly, I do NOT recommend this surgeon. I am sorry, I got in a car accident and my nose got slightly dislocated and I was told to go to him and I was not allowed to choose my own doctor. & I got charged $7,000 for less than 20 minute to put my nose back into place. Honestly, if I knew that NO BONE was actually broken and that it was going to be that much I would’ve told them to do some work on my nose since I was paying that much. I honestly got robbed. Till this day I am still paying them. I think it’s unfair that they charged me a full rhinoplasty fee when I didn’t even go in to get my nose fixed. I still have pain and my nose is still sideways... save your money and go somewhere where the doctors and staff are fair. My friend got her nose done and she did not even pay as much as I did. She paid less and her nose did get some work done and it did not last less than 20 minutes like mine did . Now she got a cute little nose and she paid less than 5,000.

My name is Terri Montesino, and I feel blessed that I was referred to Dr. Gottenger's practice by a close friend and Medical Professional (Michelle Machin). Truly my experiences from the first visit have been outstanding! Not only is his office staff professional, knowledgeable and welcoming, but upon meeting Dr. G, you immediately feel confident, reassured and the warmth of his character, care and concern for your well-being. I'm certain that whatever the reason for your visit, you will receive the best possible care available anywhere. After consulting several professionals, my decision to go with Dr. Gottenger was made instantly. And now, two weeks post-surgery, I am completely satisfied and pleased with my decision and the outcome. Every single detail throughout my entire experience has been positive, no complaints whatsoever. I thank God for putting Dr. G in my path and I recommend him and his practice without a doubt. Truly the best care you will find! Thank you Dr. G and staff for all you do :-)
