So I was referred to Dr Mel Ortega by a friend. I have made several attempts to call the office and make an appointment but always get sent to voicemail. I have not heard back from them and it has been days. I have went online requesting a consult multiple times and again..no reply. I even tried to talk to an operator online e via message and get ignored. Is this how you do business. Absolutely rediculous and unprofessional. Would love to get a consult.

I was very excited at the opportunity to get a Mommy makeover. I started the process about 5 weeks ago. With a coordinator named Ana, little did I know. I tried to get all necessary documents and releases. In this long process, the lack of communication with the staff was so uncaring. I left numerous messages and emails ,trying to keep updated. All this , it became obvious they did not care. Then, I ended up talking to someone by the name Stephanie, all she had to say. What can I do for you, lack of compassion or understanding.I was told by her people wait for years for answers. And she compared me to her mother who had waited for 4 years. Little did care to know, I have waited 20 yrs, to raise my children and 7 yrs after a Mengioma in my brain. I was cleared by my Doctor and spent 1500 to get a MRI to get cleared. I wonder if all possible clients get this treatment and if Dr.Ortega knows of how we are/were beung treated. I did not disrespect noone in the office. It was just no one in that office/staff cared at all.It was a complete waist of my time waiting for someone to care.
