I was recommended to go to Dr Chavez by my mom and her friends who all got breast augmentations from her 10-15 years ago. My mom recently redid her breast with Dr Chavez and her breast always looked so natural that I never knew they were implants in the first place. When I was looking for reviews I realized none of them really answered my questions so I hope this is helpful to others. At her old office, her staff was organized and extremely pleasant. At New Life I can’t agree, the staff was rude to me on several occasions and have a horrible issue with scheduling. Her surgical coordinator is not so helpful either except for Yuli who helped me excessively. The surgical staff was great though. I have one complaint about surgery which was that I ordered a second bra to change into because my first bra would be bloody and the staff never gave it to me until two weeks later when I didn’t need it any more. Dr. Chavez is an excellent person and surgeon. I am almost sad that eventually I will have to stop coming to see her. She is a sweetheart. On the day of my surgery I couldn’t stop crying because of the nerves. The second I saw Dr. Chavez she walked me through everything, talked to me and joked a little. She wiped my tears and hugged me for a good 10 minutes. She has an outstanding bed side manner which I have only gotten from one other doctor my whole life. She is also extremely honest. The day I went in to a consult I showed her a picture and she told me “you will never look like that” and as much as people may think It is harsh It was exactly what I needed to hear. She is also extremely knowledgeable about breast augmentation she explained everything to me and exactly how she described what my breast would look like after is exactly what they look like. I saw 3 other surgeons before and even had a deposit some where else. Once I met her I couldn’t do my breast with anyone else. I’m extremely happy, although my healing has been rather long. They look great, and no virtually no scars! So as the review might be long I but I’m trying to say to go see Dr. Chavez, she is a solid 5 stars, had to take one away for the staff.

I did breast reduction with her 10 years ago had 2 children and had to do a lift and tummy tuck. I'm still In post op but I'm already happy! She is excellent surgeon, goes for natural look and takes care of her patients that's what's important to me!

Dr Chavez was amazing. She was very informative pre-procedure and explained what would take place and made clear recovery expectations. Her post op follow up was phenomenal, even seeing me on a weekend. I visited several doctors for consultations prior to Dr. Chavez but after meeting her my decision was done. She has excellent Dr-patient rapport. I felt like she cared for me as one would a family member. Her bedside manner could not be beat. I was extremely happy with the work she did and would recommend her without any reservations.

My wife had a procedure called a mommy makeover with Dr. Chavez. She had been postponing the decision to have one for years. Until she met Dr. Chavez. From the day we walked into her office my wife knew Dr. Chavez was the one. Dr. Chavez made us feel comfortable and took her time to answer all our questions. We had gone to other places but those places just kept pushing us and asking for money. But not with Dr. Chavez. After we decided to go with her, the process was simple and smooth. A month later my wife had the procedure. The day of surgery Dr. Chavez met us again before entering the operating room and went over the entire procedure just like the day of the initial consultation. The procedure took about 3-4 hours. After surgery Dr. Chavez looked for me in the waiting area and briefed me on the surgery and told me everything went perfect and also escorted me to the recovery area where my wife was at. The entire experience was amazing and made me feel like we chose a true professional. After my wife got discharged we received numerous phone calls from her office asking about my wife's recovery process. Dr. Chavez is truly one of the top plastic surgeons in the Miami area and she will make your wishes come true.

I just love here !! She did my breast after my son ruined them and since then I had 2 more and she will be re doing them again!! Great dr
