Dr. Sancetta is great! Hes very dedicated to the amazing work he does and I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is so friendly and the office is always super clean as well. The appointments are also very prompt and there's no long wait at all, you're in and out! 5 stars all the way I had a great pregnancy and a beautiful healthy young baby girl thanks to him!

This doctor is by far one of the most educated and willing to go the extra step for his clients. His bed side manner is one of the best I have experienced. This is my third doctor for my second pregnancy. I am so happy I found Dr. Sancetta. We feel blessed to have him on our team.

I am not one to write reviews, especially this early on (in my pregnancy), but after meeting with Dr. Sancetta yesterday I felt compelled to share my thoughts. As a patient with a negative experience during her first labor (with a different doctor), I was determined to find a better doctor for my second pregnancy. At this point I needed someone who performed and had experience with VBACs because my first labor regrettably ended up in an unnecessary C-section. After much search and seeing now 3 different doctors, I have no doubt that I made the correct choice by switching to Dr. Sancetta. Yesterday I felt heard, understood, and cared for. He was speaking to me for approximately one hour regarding previous labor, risks, outcomes, statistics, and how he likes to proceed. I finally feel like I have a shot at the natural birth I have always wanted. It was clear that he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and very pro-natural. I've been looking for someone like him for so many years and I am so grateful that yesterday we crossed paths. I will be happy to update this review once I give birth. But what I can say now is that I am feeling the most confident that I have ever felt because now I know what it's like to have someone supportive of my birth plan. In addition to this, office is very clean, receptionist/assistant is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and I felt I was treated with respect the entire visit. There is a medical student learning from him and he was also a sweetheart. I am so glad I stood up for myself and my baby and chose to make the switch. I know in my heart that I will not regret this.

Marvelous doctor. Staff very disorganized, dropped the ball many times before and after delivery of my grandson. Many things would be common sense to tell patients but it never occurs to them. You will have a great doctor for delivery but expect a whole lot of frustration from the staff. Also they let inexperienced medical students in on the exams and doing bloodwork. My daughter came home black and blue all the way up her arm once.

One of the VERY FEW obstetricians that are natural birth, water-birth, and VBAC friendly! I was referred to Dr. Sancetta by the midwives at Hollywood Birth Center since my son was breech. Dr. Sancetta was going to attempt an external cephalic version (ECV), scheduled to be done at Jackson South. Well, my water broke the morning of my appointment for the ECV! Unfortunately, my son had not turned and was now footling. I soooooo wanted a natural, home-birth, but that was not going to happen. Dr. Sansetta TRULY has a calming presence. He assured me that even though I was going to have a C-section, I would be able to have my second child VBAC (if all was thumbs up that is). He was very attentive and my husband was extremely happy with the way he treated us. I was worried about an ugly scar, but only 6 weeks after my surgery, you could barely see it! I have gotten MANY compliments on how nice the scar looks. Mind you, I took great care of the scar by putting silicon scar strips on it and wearing a post-pregnancy girdle. He also does cosmetic surgery, so he is mindful of the aesthetics. When I was pregnant with #2, I saw Dr. Sancetta for prenatal care, but decided at 6 months pregnant to change to Natural Birth Choices to see Barbara Desamours-Blot, a midwife and RN with her OWN OFFICE (hard to find), so I could have a VBAC home birth, which I successfully had in July 2016 with absolutely no meds, all natural, which was wonderful! Pain was not that bad. Dr. Sancetta was very encouraging of my VBAC home birth, and provided the necessary documents for me to start seeing Barbara. He is now part-owner of the new birth center in South Miami that opened called Holistic South Pregnancy Birth Center which is in the same building he is located in. I will continue to see him as my GYN!!!
