This review is for the big corporate asinine company that runs the show for the local office, and for the front office staff at the local office. My experience with the PA and nurses was fine. So, I had an appt. there a few months ago but lost the information for the office. I've since sent out several emails (which likely went to the big corporate customer service personnel) that have gone unanswered. No return emails. No phone calls. Nothing. I finally tracked down the right dermatologist office, and when I called them, they transferred me to the big corporation, even though I had questions specific to that branch (like who my PA was, how much out-of-pocket I will have to pay for my return visit/procedure). That customer service person not only had no answers but then transferred me BACK to the office, saying he'd stay on the line and see if someone there could help. Straight to voicemail. No corporate customer service. So the phone line hangs up. Sort of seems like ALL they care about is making $$$-making appointments and nothing else, doesn't it? And the local office's uncaring phone staff aren't helpful either. I had three questions when I called in and mentioned I would probably need to make a follow-up appointment. DING DONG! Caller said the key word! Transferred to corporate hacks. Thanks for wasting my time!

This was my first visit and from the time I walked in the office, (clean and neat)front desk (very efficient and friendly) to nurse and Doctor Youngman (Wonderful), I was very pleased. Very attentive, thorough and most of all, didn’t rush you. They care about their patients. Thank you.

I am very glad that I was able to have Advanced Dermatology in Debary take care of my surgery needs. I had used the office in Lake Mary in the past, but was very happy that I was met with such skill and expertise in a smaller office setting that made my visits quite pleasurable. I felt that I was being listen to and my wishes were being taken care of. Everything was explained several times before I was able to leave the office which gave very little chance of me not knowing what to expect before, during and after my surgeries. I am sure that I will need their services in the future, as most of us living here in Florida, I will not hesitate to call on this office again for my future needs.

My entire family comes to Advanced Dermatology and loves Dr. Yungmann. He has helped us tremendously and I would highly recommend him.

They have never returned my calls about medication for my son. I have called several times and left multiple voicemails and nobody has returned them. I paid $40 for my son to still have the problem that we went in for that could have be resolved by now.
