Dr Amy Ortega and her staff are absolutely amazing. I am very pleased with my results because Dr Amy is very passionate about what she does. She will answer any questions you have and I always felt as if I was treated like family and not just a patient. Dr Amy and her staff will be referred by me to anyone looking to have any type of plastic surgery.

My neck and chin fat were just part of me being overweight. When I got in shape over the past 6 months, my chin and neck didn’t slim down. They stayed fat and became incredibly noticeable. I didn’t want to go under the knife. Thankfully, Dr. Clevens is always on the cutting edge. I expected him to say Kybella but he showed me SculpSure for underneath the chin. It zapped my fat right away, and I didn’t even have to have injections because even those can be uncomfortable. This was truly not invasive and left me looking and feeling much better. I feel like my recovery is now complete.

I had such an amazing experience overall with my breast augmentation. The staff always made me feel at ease with the entire procedure and was very accommodating to make sure I was 100% happy with the size I picked out, even letting me do a second consultation to make sure it was what I really wanted. Dr. Amy Ortega was very down to earth, super sweet and also has a personable loving feel to her that made me feel completely at ease with her doing the procedure, including when it was time to go under. I never felt overwhelmingly nervous or scared because I had complete trust in her. I am super thrilled with my results and she did an amazing job! I had lots of clients who have had procedures done with her as well and all of them highly recommended her and were amazed with their results. I will be sending all of my clients to her with much praise and my full recommendation! Don't wait any longer, get the body you've been wanting. It took me 10 years to do this and I wish I would of done it sooner. I feel so much better about myself and my new higher confidence level makes it all worth it.

I had a facial from Christi and I asked her to take it easy on me. She gave me such a severe chemical peel that my face and decollatage were extremely painful for an entire week, and I shed my skin like a snake. When I called Christi five days after the facial, to tell her my face was very painful and I was afraid it was going to scar, she was very insulting and called me a 'kook'. Then she was surprised I would not drive over to see her. I normally do not go to see people who are unprofessional enough to call me names. I complained to the office manager, Heather, who offered to give me my money back, and asked me not to leave any reviews anywhere. I took the refund, because there is no reason why I should pay these jerks to scar me, but I am also leaving this review to warn you, I do not recommend this place. So, if you don't see very many bad reviews of this place, it is partially because they are actively trying to stop dissatisfied clients from writing reviews. When it was all over, I ended up with a scar the size of a dime on my chest (decolletage). Additionally they give you the hard sell, trying to sell you every possible overpriced face cream product they have manufactured themselves, and pretending nobody else can make a face cream that's of any value except them. I did buy some of their products when I left, because Christi said I should put them on my face after the facial, to soothe my skin. Oh, no, there was nothing soothing about it. When I put the Cleavens products on my skin, they stung, and turned my face bright red, and had to immediately be rinsed off, because of the great pain. My impression of Cleavens is that they are horrible people, highly unprofessional and unskilled, busily scrabbling for a dime, which they hold most dear above honesty and service. They are holed up in a pretentiously glitzy office which appears gaudy and cheap, all that glitters is not gold, and their services and products are sub par. Not recommended.

I have been amazed with the results of my plastic surgery with Dr. Amy Ortega. I had a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction, all done with virtually no pain, only two days of mild discomfort. Dr. Ortega is one of the most compassionate doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. I know she has an extremely busy practice, but you always receive 100% of her attention. My friend, who is a nurse, tells me that my incisions are a work of art. Everyone in the office, especially her nurse, are so helpful any time I have a question (which is rare because they are so thorough in explaining everything). I would definitely recommend Dr. Amy Ortega.
