Cathy was very caring and informative with helping with my daughter's acne. She took the time to answer all her questions and prescribed medications through GenRx Pharmacy. My whole experience with Cathy and the staff at Advanced Dermatology was great and the quite the opposite of another review I read on this site.

Cathy Pank barely took any time to talk with me about my skin condition. She did not make me feel comfortable or cared about. Did not explain any risks, side effects, or research that has/has not been done by the prescriptions she prescribed me after barely looking at my skin. She didn’t even ask what I currently do with my skin, if I wear sun protection, if I exfoliate, etc. I felt so ripped off. They also recommended I use a cheap generic prescription-by-mail company that didn’t even have one of the prescriptions on hand, and after I called them upon not receiving said prescription they told me it’ll be a 6-8 week back order. I was not notified. All-around horrible experience from start to finish.
