Update on his injection site. After going back to have the hole on his face that was caused by their P.A., Tiffany Byrd, fixed, nothing has changed. They charged him $50 for an office visit that was supposed to be free, due to her messing his face up. The "stitch" that was placed didn't even take and eventually fell out and didn't even need removal. His face still has a hole in it even after being cauterized and stitched. What an experience this has been and has taught me a lot about going to a business that is BBB accredited. Please do your research. Maybe if I would have read more into who she is and how long she has been in practice, I could have avoided his face being ruined by this. They should be more concerned with how they treat their patients and the outcomes of the procedures that they perform. He gave them a chance to fix their mistake and they failed him again.

It is too bad I can not rate them with negative stars!!! The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. The "nurse" is too worried about her hair to answer questions and all you hear is how short handed they are so that is why you wait for an hour to be seen. The P.A. Tiffany performed a procedure on me that resulted in an infection and Wound dehiscence. I called multiple times to receive assistance and I was told I could not be seen. I ended up in the ER and had to be treated there for the infection and will now have a massive scar from a small cyst removal! They are awful and I will never be returning to this office!! I would suggest anyone considering it or being forced to go there because of their insurance just run the other way!

This office is a joke. They have the rudest office staff I have ever dealt with. One nurse, named Jennifer, was so rude I could not even deal with her. She would not even let me talk when I was trying to tell her something. I asked to speak with the office manager and she proceeds to tell me that she is on maternity leave and that I can not speak with her. I then asked for her name and she said Jenn. I called back to see if I could speak with the office manager or someone to give a complaint to and Marlene, was also very rude to me. She mumbled under her breath "God Damn", which is extremely unacceptable. I do not care how many questions I ask, I do not need to be cursed at, especially that type of language. I would not ever recommend this company to ANYONE unless you want them to completely ruin your face. The P.A. there, Tiffany Byrd, must not know what she is doing because she put a steroid shot into my fiance's face and then it bursted. The office proceeds to still charge him for his checkup visit, due to her MESSING UP. If you want to have your skin ruined, especially your face, then be my guest and see this P.A. I am thrown back by how rude nurse Jennifer and Marlene at this office and will be sure to turn this in to corporate. I will also be rating the BBB about this because you should never speak to someone in this tone. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a place of business.
