Dr. Ortega was incredible! He just tells it like it is. He will not do something he thinks won't look good. He is blunt but that's what I loved. He doesn't sugar coat a thing. I would highly recommend him. If you are looking for a surgeon that wants to appease your ego go ahead...I found an awesome surgeon. And I like that he tells it like it is..... that's professional! And if he is late you people need to realize they are doctors, surgeon s. He would be in surgery before he came back to the office. Wud you want him to leave you half done in surgery? I think not...things happen problems occur during surgery. Doctors are human also. So some of you complaining about waiting. That's just ridiculous! If you don't like it go to someone that has no experience and will botch you up...and yes an office has a right to charge you if you don't show ur give advance notice. There are people that could have had your appt time. That can't be seen for awhile. I can't believe some people act so entitled! He is an awesome surgeon! I recommend him before anyone!!!!!!

Very disappointed in my experience. I was quoted 4,000 over the phone and was billed over 32,000 for a bilateral capsulectomy. I also requested photos of my capsules 3x prior to surgery and the photos were never taken. The Dr. was over an hour late for surgery and I was forced to pay for thousands for that hour missed. Never would I recommend ANYONE there.

Just had a scar reversion from Dr Ortega due to my c section scar and he did an fantastic job. I'm so happy of my results.

Dr. Ortega removed some skin cancer from my Godfather, who was happy with the doctor's results. He has been very caring to my family and I also heard another client say similar things about him while waiting to meet with him for the first time.
