Very bad experience. Do not recommend. Dr. Talley and her assistants are extremely rude and short with you. I went in with an appointment and the dermatologist was very short. Literally less than 2 minutes discussing the growths on my arm. I have gotten better customer service at fast food places. I don't usually post reviews, but man, this place was very bad.

Very positive experience with Dr Talley ! Very caring and not a corporate office the way Dr's offices are now.

Went there for a cyst removal and it was a horrible experience.

I went in for a removal of a small mole and when I was getting ready to leave I noticed that there was still a part of the mole there. So I said something to the DR and Nurse and they told me it was a temporary scab it will fall off. I waited a week and called and told them my mole is still there. I was told no it’s a temporary scab it will fall off. Then they told me that I had to wait a month, so I did! NOW a moth later still have my mole( not scab) they want to have me come back in and pay again for the whole entire DAMN thing that they didn’t finish when I pointed that out the day of the appointment. Also they are now trying to tell me that they did not plan on removing the whole mole the first time just do a biopsy. Well then why did they tell me they gave me a temporary scab the first time I complained about this issue? LIERS This place did a half butt job and im very very upset and im going to file a complaint! ALso not only do they have a unprofessional staff and Rude at that.
