I really don't want to be negative about any one person however I must do my civic duty and report my experience. There are some issues with my left eye after having ptosis repair surgery. Most importantly is that my vision can no longer be corrected to better than 20/70, and since this was not the case prior to surgery and is the case now post-surgery 4 months I have to think it has something to do with the surgery. Do I blame dr. Fezza no but and he was involved as the surgeon I am trying to figure out what happened that is causing this. I cannot get an appointment with him anymore as the office is refusing to make appointments 3 times I have called that office and have been blown off. In addition to that three weeks after the surgery there were other issues that I was discussing with him in the office that I was less than satisfied with and I was not understanding the healing process nor did I understand that what I was asking about was technically not part of the surgical procedure that he did. I didn't know that...and instead of explaining to me that issue , dr. Fezza became rather abusive and there's no other way to put it. His statement to me was since the insurance company paid for it I should be happy because it was "free". Needless to say my jaw was on the floor when I heard him say that. I couldn't believe that a doctor would speak to a patient in that way..... well he certainly shut me up and I guess it was his objective . Unfortunately it's been 4 months and my vision is not any better and I'm just trying to get some answers regarding if I can get this fixed so that I can see better. When everything goes well it's easy for people to be nice. If there's a problem that's when someone's True Colors come out . Dr. Fezza has certainly shown his. Since things don't go perfectly always I would say seek another surgeon because you want to be able to have a conversation with somebody if there's a problem not get verbally abused and brushed off.

I have met with Dr Fezza and some of his staff. I was pleased with the care they all took to make sure I understood the procedure and the cost of it. As I have additional appointments with them they are prompt and very pleasant. Great doctor, great staff.

Dr Fezza is an outstanding physician. Besides his skills in the operating room his follow-up and caring personality make you feel comfortable at all times. My name is Anita Andrews. I had my upper and lower lids done and I will continue to use Dr. Fezza for any of my cosmetic needs.

Dr. John P. FEZZA was the right choice for my husband. He had excellent care at the surgery center. Everyone was so nice and made him feel at ease. His surgery turned out excellent and he was very happy with the results. Dr. FEZZA cares about his patients. We will be seeing Dr. FEZZA in the future .We highly recommend Center for Sight and Dr. FEZZA.
