I was helped by Mercy. I loved her. She was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. My surgeon was Dr. Sergio Alvarez. He was awesome. I sincerely believe I could not have had a better surgeon or support team. Even a month post op, they take time to answer questions and even call to check on my recovery.

The customer service was excellent here especially Gabby was very nice she helped and checked up on me 24/7 made sure i felt comfortable and was being treated well. I would recommend to everyone i know this is a very clean facility the staff here was perfect answered all my questions and assisted with my whole surgical procedure from the time i booked it on the phone until i was post op. The massage women was perfect and i feel and look wonderful.

The clinic was amazing . I had a great experience . Dr. Fisher was excellent and very informative. The nurses was so nice . Only issue that presented itself was when my mother asked information about me and how I was doing in surgery since I was in the back for a long period of time the staff didn't get back to her. Other than that my experience was amazing and my nurse for the recovery home was absolutely amazing she made my first day very smooth and comfortable.

My experience from day one has been excellent my coordinator Nancy has been The Perfect Host. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable in generally concern it's unbelievable my experience thus far with my doctor as well as the anesthesiologist was unbelievable. I felt so comfortable with my procedure that I have referred my two daughter my sister and a friend. Not only is the facility the clientele is of a great caliber everyone is talking about their procedure and given their experience and things that have happened to him to pass knowledge along to the newcomers I can't say enough good things about this facility. I have my procedure done on March 29th my results are phenomenal . My massage therapist has been my best friend I have purchase a total of 25 massages and it has been money well spent. There's so much to say about this facility that I could go on and on I just love it.

This is the worst company to do business with. I paid a $500 deposit 11/30 and I was scheduled for surgery 1/21/17. I received a text message on 12/17/16 saying my surgery had been cancelled. I agreed to reschedule my surgery for 1/18/17 with a different doctor. I lost $200 for plane tickets already purchased. I found out through communicating with the new doctor that he is on vacation 1/18/17 and can't do my surgery. Once again I'm out of another $200 for airline tickets. I have asked for a refund of my $500 deductible but I'm being told that it's non refundable. What? You breached the contract that was never signed not me. I'm also out of $350 deductible for the recovery house that they recommended. Please ladies do your research. Don't do business with this company. The office manager Anabel will not answer or return my calls, emails, or fax correspondence. As for me I'm pursuing my deductible and all related expenses. It's the principle. I work too hard to just have someone take my money.
