Very bad at taking care of the blood work result, prescription refills, answering calls. I had an abnormality in my blood work but no one bothered to call me and inform me about it. I found that out after my 3 months visit. Prescription refill was another disaster. I give them 3 stars because the wait time is not that bad to see the doctor. They are pretty quick.

I went in 2015 for an annual skin check. A mole was removed and came back "borderline" and come back in 90 days. I came back, waited an hour and Dr. Ross took a 2 second glance and said "Looks good". Of course, they charged me copay and a visit to my insurance company. She also took off some skin tags and specifically told me not to worry, she would do it as a courtesy. I was later billed $125. I discussed this with her at my annual in 2016 and she said she would speak to the billing dept. to give me credit. I called today and the notes stated that she told me that it was cosmetic and that was the fee.

I went in to Bay Dermatology in the beginning of September for a cist on my back. It was my first ever visit to this facility and I met with Dr. Ross. She came in and examined the cist for only 5-10 seconds and said you're better off leaving it and that was it. It is clearly hard as a rock and needs some attention. Of course, they charge me my co-pay and bill my insurance company and I am still in need of getting this fixed. I did my part and paid to have this fixed and left without it fixed and less money in my pocket. Absolutely unacceptable. In an attempt to get this fixed, I was informed another co-pay will be needed to return to this exact facility for a second time in which this should have been taken care of the first time. I recommend this place to nobody. Completely disappointed with this facility. I typically never post a review, but I am extremely frustrated with what happened and the run around I have been given.

I waited 40 minutes, just to be seen for maybe 5 mins. Everyone was very nice, but the nurse practitioner was in and out before I could blink. Instead of having a conversation about my concerns she wrote me a prescription and pushed me off to the estetichian for a chemical peel. I specifically asked the nurse, who was the only person that stuck around about side effects with the prescription, was told there should be no concerns. I'm now reading about this prescription and all the side effects, none of which she explained or discussed with me. I still have so many questions, but feel like they just want to sell procedures and not actually educate their patients.
