I have been a longtime patient but find it very frustrating to make calls to the office, whether to re-schedule an appointment due to a work conflict or to find out the lab results from an office visit one month prior. It is frustrating to leave a voicemail and get absolutely no acknowledgement or response. It is disturbing to be waiting and wondering what the results from the lab are and not knowing if there is nothing to be concerned about or if if there is something of concern that needs to be acted on. I do not know whose responsibility it is to monitor and manage voicemails. I would prefer to talk to a person but the system seems to leave me no option but to leave a message. I must say that while at the office for an appointment I find no fault with the medical staff who prep, treat and examine me.

This office is great, I have only had to wait more than 5 minutes once in the 5 years I've been coming to this office and that was due to an emergency and the staff let me know right away that I would be waiting a little while and gave me the option to reschedule or wait. They have always been friendly and I will always be with them as long as they accept my insurance.

Stay away! Went to this office several years ago and am still regretting it. They completely mislead me regarding my insurance and the costs of my procedures. When I first arrived the woman at the front desk took my insurance card, several moments later handed it back to me and did not inform me that they in fact did not accept my insurance. When I was back in the chair, they informed me they needed to take biopsies. Being that I have seen MANY dermatologists in my life, I asked beforehand how much this would cost out of pocket for me. They went to the front desk, came back and told me the cost (several hundred dollars). Since I was confused at the price I specifically asked "with my insurance??" with a reply of "yes, that is with your insurance". So, I bit the bullet and did the procedure. Paid the price they informed me of while I was in the chair as I walked out and left with a nice scar from the PA. Several weeks later I received a bill for ANOTHER couple hundred dollars. I called the office to dispute my bill and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back. A week or two later I called the office again to dispute my bill. Once again, no one called me back. It is now several years later and I am still in the process of disputing my bill. Now with an attorney looking over my documents as they have sent me to collections. Heed my warning, stay away.

Absolutely NO follow through...we have been waiting weeks for a call and MONTHS for a letter that was to be written to our Insurance Company. I am astonished at the lack of caring and constant excuses. It's sad because my daughter needs treatment and they just do not care. We will be finding another Dermatologist office and hopefully someone there will have some sense of caring for their patients.
