Very informative! Did exactly what I went in for, and couldn't be happier with the results. He explains everything completely prior to starting anything and takes his time to make sure that the correct look is achieved. Will be sure to return in the future!

Dr. Nelson Castillo is the best of the best. At the time of my consultation, I had broken my ulna and radius; and, in addition, I had a dislocated wrist. The displaced (dislocated) wrist was exacerbated by an unsuccessful trip to an ER, so I needed help quickly. When we met with Dr. Castillo, the same day as the injury, he explained via x-rays on an iPad what happened to my wrist, what needed to be done to repair it, and what to expect following the surgery. We never felt rushed, and we left feeling confident that I was going to receive the best skill and the best care. (Lynne, his office manager, was extremely professional too, and suspecting we had not had a meal, even brought in protein bars as we were still in workout clothes from that morning.) All around, I had such a positive experience by Dr. Castillo. I am now five months out and I can say that I feel I have made a 100% recovery. I have full range of motion in my wrist and fingers and I am continuing to strength train. Throughout the course of recovery and rehab, Dr. Castillo personally emailed and called me to check on how I felt recovery was coming along and asked if I had any questions. I never expected that kind of compassion and service from my doctor and I am so grateful for it. Additionally, I look forward to seeing him in the future for facial filler work as well.

Doctor Nelson is such a great person. I found him on google a year ago when I was having major back problems because of my heavy breast. He did my breast reduction and I couldn't be more happier. They are perfect and I have not had complications since then.

Saw Dr Castillo in the ER at Northside. He stitched several cuts on my face around my eye and nose. He called me a few times Since the injury to check on my healing. I have seen him at his office and he has been wonderful. I am healing well (friends can't believe how quickly everything is healing). He was kind, professional and incredibly thorough. Excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend him.
