Poor Experience

Poor Patient Experience! I originally chose Dr. Codner due to his affiliation with Piedmont Hospital. Just wanting some skin tightening and mini face lift before my wedding! Upon developing a treatment plan we put everything in motion. Day of surgery after filling all the prescriptions and pre surgery instructions, booking time off and paying for everything, I get a call at 6am on my way to the surgery center from Dr. Codner saying he has the flu! Ok, this happens. We all become sick at one point in our life. And I'd rather not have a surgeon operate on my face if they aren't feeling well. But after 4 weeks of no correspondence from the office, no rescheduling, no apology call, I called to ask for my money back. If that's the service one can expect then No Thank You! I had to unwind all the payments to get my refund. My first procedure they overcharged me. I was always calling the office to see when my surgery was scheduled and seemed to be fairly disorganized. My time is valuable.

I am surprised at the one negative comment that was recently posted and wonder if this was placed in error. I was just logging on to make a nice review and read it. Dr. Codner is a very caring man and fellow physician. I hear nothing but great things about him from my patients. I see several of his staff members as patients and they all have the upmost respect for him professionally and personally. Many of them have been loyal employees for years which is an excellent sign that he is a nice doctor. I have also seen his work and he does a great job.

I am not a patient, but I was just in the presence of Dr codner and his wife or girlfriend and I have NEVER in my entire life met such disgusting human beings! He spoke to her like trash and had no shame is letting the world know who he is and how much better he is than EVERYONE around him.....ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND TRULY SAD!!! Just thought everyone should know what kind of person this "man" really before you give him your money!!!! Pray for him please!🙏

Excellent doctor and very good staff. He is in demand among doctors for sharing his eye procedure. I had visited 3 other surgeons in TN before deciding that he was the right one to trust for eye surgery.

I am 66-year-old female that was lucky enough to consult with Dr. Mark Codner for an eyelift and a face lift during the last 2 years. I wanted to get rid of the puffy under-eye bags last year which had been bothering me for quite a while. He took plenty of time to review my case and let me know my issues with the surgery and what to expect as outcome. The end result was welcome change for me. Now I do not look tired all the time. My down time was just 2 weeks. The following year, I opted for another surgery. I did not like my sagging jowls that were making me look old. Once again, during the consult with Dr. Codner, he assured me that he could fix that problem and that the outcome would look very natural – probably make me look 10 years younger and refreshed. I can honestly say that now when I encounter people that I know – they always comment on how young I look for my age..they have no idea that I had any work done. I do try to stay in shape with exercise but the face is not something I could fix myself. I feel that the money I spent was well worth the outcome. Once again, I only took 2 weeks off from work…though I could have gone back a few days earlier if I wanted. He and his staff take the time to review all steps involved so you can feel comfortable thru the entire process. Having Dr. Codner as the surgeon was the best investment I could have made. He and his staff are top-notched, very professional, very friendly and very responsive to patients requests and questions. I would highly recommend his practice.

I've used Dr. Codner's services a number of times over the years and have always been thrilled with the results. He is a perfectionist who takes the tine to fully understand the patient's needs and desires. And his work has always resulted in the best aesthetic outcomes. I highly recommend Dr. Codner!
