From the first meeting with Dr. Johnson, I was convinced I chose the correct doctor for my procedure. He is thorough, informative, and professional surgeon. he made me feel very comfortable, and took his time discussing everything with me before the surgery. His office staff is amazing, very friendly and caring, willing to help you with any questions you may have. I am only two-week post-op, but can already tell that he did a fantastic job on my procedure (breast reduction), and his follow-up care is just as great as everything has been thus far. I recommend Dr. Johnson for anyone in the Chicago land area!

I went to Dr. Johnson for the removal of a small mole on the back of my calf. The scar he left looks worse than the mole. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the results, Dr. Johnson was dismissive and said the mark would get lighter over time. It has not. In addition, the staff aggressively pushed plastic surgery, Botox and expensive facial creams on me. I do not recommend his practice.

I had a breast lift and implants done by Dr. Johnson and his staff. I have enjoyed all interactions and I LOVE my results. I have since been undergoing hair removal and am now scheduled for a consultation for Botox. I recommend him and his staff to everyone.

On 3/18/2016. Dr. Peter Johnson performed a tummy tuck/hernia with mesh surgery on me , at Lutheran General. The surgery failed , turning my stomach a dark black , looking like a piece of charcoal. My stomach split apart from the stitches. He then did surgery approximately two weeks later, removing the mesh and stitches, leaving a gaping hole the size of a dessert plate. My stomach rotted away, it took 18 feet of gauze to fill the gaping hole. Infections and 4 more additional surgeries , including skin grafts were performed over the next 11 months to “close”the hole . During all of this is, I was going to the wound care center to also help heal and close the wound , 3 X a week at first . I was under their for 14 months . Excruciating pain I suffered through this , nerve damage, and major infections. Dr. Johnson “ promised “ to fix my now hugely lopsided stomach ! He has instead chosen to ignore me , wanting even MORE money to repair the mess , as was conveyed to me by his snippy receptionist. I paid $ 13,000 cash , my insurance paid thousands for wound care , and the additional repair surgeries !

I booked a consultation with this doctor. I ended up getting billed for $250 for a one minute consultation. I will not be coming here for the actual service. I think they are money hungry. I will take my money somewhere else. p.s if you ask about prices they will not tell you.
