Very narcissistic surgeon, only does what he wants to do. Will not listen to what you want. After working with me on a major operation and visiting several times to follow up on the procedure, he didn't even try to hide the fact that he didn't know/slash remember me which is very frightening if you are having reconstructive work done. He was very condesending and not very organized, ANOTHER red flag if you are having surgery to fix a problem. I am a sexual assualt survivor and he was VERY upset that I wouldn't allow him to take pictures of my breasts before my surgery. I explained that he had an empty canvas to work with and what size I wanted to be and told him to just do what looked the best. The thought of pictures floating around on a server gives me panic attacks. Our relationship completely changed after I refused to give him before and after pictures. He would NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED AT ALL. He just told me what we were doing and told me to start scheduling tests and procedures so we could keep moving. Avoid completely if you do not want to be bullied into doing what he wants.

My experience with Dr. Alghoul was honestly life-changing. He is truly a master in his field and the skill he posseses matches the level of time and effort he puts into understanding his patients' ultimate goal. Not only is he talented but he is thoughtful, decisive and does everything with intent. I trust him fully because of this. He also has a very gentle, steady hand and makes his procedures pretty painless. He put me at ease when I was scared and achieved our desired results. I am so glad I found him!

Dr Alghoul’s work is simply beautiful! Every step of the way, each surgery, Dr. Alghoul’s meticulous attention to detail was clearly evident from top to bottom. After several years since my single mastectomy due to cancer, and tons of research, I finally was ready for breast reconstruction. Dr Alghoul laid out the plan for the Diep surgery. He created a beautiful new breast from my tummy and then in a subsequent surgery matched the remaining breast with a lift and fat grafting. It was such a delight for me to see the carefully laid out plan be executed so flawlessly. Dr Alghoul is truly top notch in his field and I could not have asked for better experience. I am forever grateful for his compassionate care and outstanding results!

Dr. Alghoul and his office could not be more compassionate or kind. The results are amazing. Dr. Alghoul is a wonderful doctor and a fabulous artist. I can't say enough good things.

Bi-Lateral Tramflap Success!: Dr. Alghoul was terrific! During my first consultation with him he took his time explaining my options. My right implant deflated and I wasn't sure if I wanted to replace it or go the extreme and do the Tramflap surgery. He informed me about both pros and cons. He showed me before and after pictures from his office. I kept asking questions and he didn't make me feel rushed. He offered up his email address for future questions. I ended up having the surgery in March 2016. All went great! His team followed up with me to see how I was doing. When I had a question about my appearance discoloration, they offered to review it via email with me attaching a picture. (I live in NWI - would have taken 1 hour to get there). His Nurse called me back right away. I cannot say enough on how great Dr. Alghoul was and would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery. I actually would like to thank him for doing a great job on me. I swear I could be a bikini model now! I look and feel so real.....
