I would like to mention a special employee, Lisa S. I was anxious on my two visits this week but I have to say Lisa made me so comfortable, she has a compassion for her job and is very calming! Dr Rios is also very compassionate and I had two procedures with ease. Highly recommend this Dermatology/ plastics office! Thanks again LISA S and all staff! From registration , PA., Dr Rios and Lisa!!!

Great administrative staff, PA Grady is a fantastic and hilarious clinician. Couldn't have gotten a referral to a better Dermatologist. The staff here from the front desk to the exam rooms and everything in between are all very professional and friendly.

I was a last minute appointment today thanks to someone else's cancellation. I sought this facility out in hopes of clearing up some facial acne I have been having. When meeting with the doctors, I expressed my worries and concerns in using products that contained many chemicals in them. I met with a physician's assistant names Ishani P. Patel. She was so incredibly helpful in suggesting a product for me to help clear up my acne. She truly listened to me and wanted me to feel comfortable, while understanding my want and need to stay away from harsh and heavy products. I also sincerely appreciated the assistant that explained all of the medications that I was going to be given. Though I don't remember her name, I know that she, too, made me feel heard and safe! I loved everything about my visit and highly recommend it to anyone seeking dermatological assistance.

Overbooked and couldn't find 5 minutes to see me because I'm a new patient and were late for my appointment. I waited a month for an opening and took a day off, I could have waited an hour if I could be seen that day, but that was not an option as I was told they're "double-book". This is after filling out the pre-screened form and waiting a month. It was an honest mistake on my part, but they could have done better to rectify the situation.
