THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!! Do not go here itâ€™s a black market! They mutilated my mothers face, one side is lopsided. It looks absolutely horrible! A law suit is on its way. Save your money and go somewhere professional. Staff is a joke and manager is extremely rude. We will be reporting to the BBB. Surprised this place isnâ€™t shut down yet.

Horrible Horrible customer experience!! The sales rep-Victoria is the first person you encounter. Her name is Victoria, she makes decisions of what you should have before you even see a doctor. Once you see the dr and he lets you know what is needed(totally different from what the sales person Victoria decided was needed). Also the sales person-Victoria tried to force 4 Venus treatments on me(totally Not necessary for the procedure. Sales rep-Victoria kept saying they were important for healing, healing and they were free. Talk to medical staff, ask if needed for healing.lol I also questioned her on my Procedure quote, she got very upset and said she was not comfortable with the conversation. I asked about being charged for 4 Venus treatments that I did not want nor need after speaking with several medical opinions. See copy of quote...doesnâ€™t look free to me, quote says $1000-$250=$750 for 4 Venus treatments. SCAM!! Also spoke with Sherry Jones the supposedly office manager- Another Horrendously Horrible experience!! It Took 7 calls to the Columbus Director-Jessica to get my $1000 deposit refunded. This is just a small summary to warn people from going through what I experienced. If the president Tomas Barr is reading this please give me a call for more details. My first clue should have been when I found out this location is not registered with the Better Business Bureau!! Avoid this location like the plague!!!ðŸ‘ŽðŸ½

I came to this office after purchasing Venus Freeze/Legacy from the Orlando office where Chelsey Bishop recommended I purchase them for my abdomen after my TriSculpt procedure. I then started going to this office in Cincinnati, Ohio but was not seeing results on my abdomen at all after 8-10 visits. I was told by office manager, Sherry Jones, that these treatments did not work well on the abdomen and should be used on areas like the face where it helps with collagen production. Keep in mind this procedure came highly recommended by a Sono Bello employee and cost me over $2,000. Why would you allow me to have 8-10 treatments before telling me this? To further add to my disappointment I had to drive 2.5 hours 1 way to get to this office. After making a compIaint, I was given 5 extra treatments which I decided to use on my face. No one explained to me that the heat could cause broken blood vessels on my cheeks. Afterwards, they tried to act like they told me and then acted as if this was a preexisting condition which really upset me. Also, when further dealing with Sherry on making a complaint against my previous TriSculpt procedure I was not at all impressed with her. She was EXTREMELY rude, impatient and gave a lot of attitude. I can not believe she is an employee there much less a manager. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE HERE AND WITH SONO BELLO IN GENERAL!! WISHED I COULD GET MY $7K BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

The procedure itself was painless. I did have discomfort/edema for a week following the procedure but, was relieved with Advil. I'm looking forward to a great body in the months to come. Everyone I came in contact with at the Cincinnati office (from the receptionist to the physician) were wonderful! They are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable.
