Mandell-Brown Plastic Surgery Center

My experience was fantastic. I esp. loved all the nurses and office team they were so great! I am type A - from my first consultation, I explained I would be hard to please and as much as I wanted the procedure, I was nervous about getting it right. I enjoyed his process of not worrying about cup size, or CC but rather pictures; creating a poster board of what I wanted to look like made it easier for me to help show the size/shape. Going into the procedure I was so nervous about the IV- their lady was awesome. After two terrible IV situations with babies, she listened and did everything needed to get the IV with no pain on the first time, I've never had that happen before, I was fully prepared for multiple blow outs. Post surgery I was disappointed with my size thinking it was much smaller than we planned; I was even told there was a great debate. Dr. MB listened to my concerns that night even through my ranting, he reassured me that once I was out of my surgery haze and "they" settled I would be more happy, his team listened to me as well. Each visit I started getting happier with their look and size; within a month I was extremely happy - no more pain and no more complaints. He continued to offer to re-do my procedure at his costs if I was unhappy; he wanted me to give him a 9 or 10. I told him I don't do 10s but I did give a 9! I gave a 10 for their shape and beauty; honestly they are gorgeous. To date he said I have had one of the most beautiful outcomes of his work. I would have to agree! Although my size is still a bit smaller (which may sound crazy), and I know Dr. Brown would re-do this, there is no reason, my outcome is beautiful and the shape. Even my girl friends have given me so many compliments. I have a small frame 30inch before and now 34inch. I am measuring a 32 DD from a 32 A. I am about 5''3' 120lbs. I had C-D before kids and lost it after breast feeding. I am lucky for my shape post kids just missing that confidence of my top half since I have larger hips and bottom. This balances me. It was the best investment! I would recommend them to anyone. Check them out. You won't be sorry!

I was nervous about seeing a plastic surgeon for the first time but Dr. Mandell and his team made me feel at ease. They were honest about the potential outcomes of my procedure and did not try to sell me any treatments I didn’t want or need. After doing research I found their prices to be very reasonable and I am beyond happy with my results. 5 stars from start to finish and I can’t wait to return!

My consultation went so well! Hedy was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Brown spent almost 90 minuets with me and really took the time to educate and review different options. I already had my mind set on my procedure and after a 130lb weight loss I know I am making the right decision. Sharon who is the office manager was very nice as well and showed me my options for payment. I left my appointment and made some arrangements and called back to have my surgery scheduled 4 weeks from Thursday. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Mandell-Brown and his staff were excellent. I felt very comfortable with them. The results were exactly what I wanted!

There aren’t enough stars to rate Dr Mandell-Brown as well as his staff for their excellence and professionalism. From the consultation to after surgical care and follow up appointments it’s been a great experience for me. I had lost a lot of weight, needed skin removed and muscles repaired. I have NO regrets and look forward to a continued relationship with him and his staff. I have never felt more confident , comfortable or fabulous in my body. He did for my body what I would of never been able to achieve with diet and exercise alone. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Mandell-Brown and staff!
