Very disappointed. I was scheduled to have a surgery at 8:15 a.m. I live 30 minutes from the facility and left with plenty of time to get there early. My mom (note I am a minor) made one wrong turn that took us 10 minutes in the wrong direction and with early morning traffic we ended up being 13 minutes late to my appointment. We tried to call front desk to let them know of the delay, but there was no answer. We arrived and filled out my form and after about 10 minutes they called us back to a room like everything was good. Only to inform us that they would be unable to do the surgery today because we were 13 MINUTES LATE. Like they never have delays, never are behind or make people wait hours on them in the waiting room. I missed school, my mother took off of work, I had planned the recovery time around my sports schedule, and we had been preparing for this surgery for weeks. Very poor customer service, very unapologetic, and not understanding. We will definitely be heading to Hickory Dermatology.

Casey Johnson is very pleasant, knowledgable and happy to listen to and answer questions. I also really like the staff that works directly with her. The main office staff is difficult and lets the phone ring for very long periods of time before answering calls. I had a horrible time attempting to reschedule an appointment because no one would communicate with me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have a 1 year old who has been having issues for MONTHS. I have been back and forth to doctors and allergist and finally we all decided I needed a Dermatologist. We were referred here. I went and waited for over an hour after my appointment time with my screaming toddler who had to be woke up from her nap only to see the doctor 10-15 minutes. He prescribed her a cream to put on even though he didn't actually diagnose her. The cream made her break out about 10 times worse. I have been calling for 3 days trying to talk with them and left 4 messages with the nurse staff and a message with the office manager and have yet to hear a thing. Thank you for making my 1 year old suffer and not caring. Hickory Dermatology here we come.

Would be also a 0 if they had a 0. Doctor seems ok put not concern about patient at all. I called there several times no one else would call back. Went in for stitches to be removed and rash was worse the doctor wouldnt even come in to take a look at it. I'm telling you if my dog had something I wouldn't dare take home there.

I always enjoy my visits with Jessica. She takes her time to make sure all of my concerns are treated and that I understand my care and medications. She is always so nice and her staff is always so police and caring.
