Scam! They try to wrap you into a five year program costing thousands of dollars. Don't waste your time. Love yourself for who you are.

Bopp Dermatology is more concerned with pushing expensive products and treatments then the welfare of their clients. Iâ€™ve been a client at Bopp Dermatology for years, but Iâ€™ll never return after my experience today. In short, I went in to get treatment for breakouts around my chin that wonâ€™t go away. Dr. Brown and her assistant said my skincare routine was â€œaggressiveâ€ and that my skin is â€œtraumatized.â€ I only use 4 products, and other than a few chin breakouts and some redness on my cheeks, my skin looks pretty good. When I asked them about the redness on my cheeks, they continually pushed a cosmetic laser treatment (not covered by insurance) that costs over $500. Even after I mentioned I couldnâ€™t afford it and would rather try to get to the root of the problem, they continued to push it by offering a slight discount and a package deal. As she got up to leave, Dr. Brown said to me, â€œGoodbye. I really hope you get the laser.â€ I was hoping to leave with solutions for acne, instead they tried to manipulate and bully me into spending over $500 on laser treatments. Do better!

After having a horrendous experience with Kobeehi company I was particularly careful when selecting a new specialist to correct my botched cosmetic procedure. Ever since I discovered Bopp dermatologist I have been religiously coming there for various procedures for over a year now. Doctors Barbara and Felix are everything you can ask for in a professional. They treated with me respect, genuine compassion, and sincere kindness. From the beginning, during the consultation phase, they put me at ease with their vast experience. Thoughtful in their approach, they took the time to explain to me every minute detail about each procedure so that I can have the proper expectation for each outcome. I felt confident and safe and they treated me like family which goes above and beyond everything I've ever experienced before. The most kindhearted couple I have ever had the experience of meeting. To this day, I have yet to have one bad thing to say from every procedure A to Z. I've always wanted to take the time to write a review but I kept coming back and I felt inclined to share this wonderful experience with anyone looking for professional work done. I have been a dermatology patient of Dr Bopp's since 2011 and within the past couple years the wait time for an appointment has increased if you need to see her for a regular dermatology appointment. The practice has moved to mostly cosmetic appointments. I made an appointment with Dr Brown recently for a regular dermatology appointment because the "wait time" is shorter with her. Regardless, in every appointment I have had to always wait in the waiting room for at least 30 to 45 minutes to be seen, and on this particular appointment because I was 20 minutes late I was told that they would have to check with Dr Brown to see if she would still see me. I was told the wait would be over an hour. I have never walked into a doctor's office on my scheduled appointment time and did not have a wait. The doctors claim to be very Christian but this is an example of"do as I say and not as I do!"
