I had a scheduled appointment for tomorrow afternoon with Judy. It is a 3 hour one way drive for me and therefore I also scheduled additional appointments around this to make the best use of my time. I received a robot call earlier this week re-confirming my appointment. At about 4:00 pm today I received a call from your office indicated my appointment needed to be canceled. I certainly understand that if Judy had a death in her family I would be more than understanding to the cancellation. I was given no reason as to the cancelation which leads me to believe either a vacation day or poor management in scheduling is involved. To make matters worse, your practice manager was very unprofessional. I was informed I could not have my appointment rescheduled for at least a month and that this couldn’t even be nailed down at this time. I was not given your email address or voicemail upon my request. As one of the owners of this organization, I would think customer service is paramount, and means being considerate of your clients time. In my work, if I become aware of a service failure I go out of my way to make it right. Let’s see if your organization is willing or capable to do the same.

I called on 9/9, the day my husband broke his hand and went to the ER. I asked for Dr Fitz's assistant and was told that he was no longer with the practice. I explained my situation and asked to speak to someone else who could help me. I was put into someone's voice mail. I left a message that included my work and home phone number and times I could be reached at those numbers. I let the person that I was leaving a voice mail know that we had been told by the ER Doctor that my husband should be seen the following week as he may need surgery. It is now 11 days later and I STILL have not received a call back. In this time, my husband saw another doctor AND had surgery. Busy or not, this is no way to treat someone calling your office. I would have sent this to you in an e-mail, but the "contact us" section does not have a section for being able to put comments or suggestions, even though it says it does at the top of that page. I would have called, but that didn't work so well for me the first time.

Dr. Maddali and his staff were wonderful! I would highly recommend them. I only wish I had done it sooner!

In July 2016 I had plastic surgery through Plastic and Hand to close a 1.5 inch wound on my cheek following removal of a melanoma in situ. My surgeon was Dr Maddali. I was totally satisfied with this experience: before the surgery Dr Maddali was so informative and clear about what he was planning to do and the result so far (one month later) has exceeded my expectations. Everyone at Plastic and Hand was friendly and courteous, they arranged my surgery at relatively short notice and I received excellent information prior to the surgery about what I needed to do to prepare. I would recommend Dr Maddali and his team without hesitation.
