I wanted to give an updated review since I recently had my BBL with Dr. Horowitz in 3/23. In regards to bedside manner, he is so nice, and very knowledgeable. I was at ease as soon as he walked into the surgical room to speak with me and mark me up. He was honest, and said that I would need a tummy tuck as well (which I will be getting with him). But, so encouraging and I felt like I was in great hands. He’s attentive and listens to patients. I love my results so far, however I’m swollen and only time will tell. I’ll give an updated review in 3 months time of my results. I would suggest anyone that is scheduling with Dr. Horowitz to be patient, the location is brand new and there is a bit of a disconnect with the head Mia office in Miami that does the scheduling. However, I can’t say enough good things and how customer oriented the staff were at the Baltimore location. I hope this helps the next person! I totally recommend Dr. Horowitz for your plastic surgery needs!

Dr. Horowitz is a phenomenal surgeon. I could not be happier with my procedure. From start to finish Dr Horowitz guided me with the utmost care and respect. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I trust his decision making. His down to earth personality made me feel relaxed and comfortable discussing any concern I felt about my body, and before surgery time. I felt like he took everything I said into consideration and gave me results better than I ever anticipated. I will continue to use his practice and recommend him to anyone that is in need of his services. In the past, I’ve used other plastic surgeons (before meeting him)- but I’m so thankful to have found him because I will be a patient for life! He’s truly the best!

Dr. Jeffrey D. Horowitz and his staff are beyond amazing. From the moment you enter his practice you feel welcomed, cared for and completely at ease. Dr. Horowitz spent as much time as needed with me to explain and answer many of my questions - he is patient and honest. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Dr. Horowitz is very meticulous with his work and it shows. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Horowitz to who is seeking an extremely knowledgeable, honest kind and compassionate plastic surgeon. I'm beyond HAPPY with the results. Dr. Horowitz truly cares for his patients and is exceptional!
