I'm literally sitting in his office as I write this. I've been sitting here for almost 20 min and have yet to be addressed. When I first came in the young lady at the front desk was on the phone. I'm thinking maybe she'll direct me to a sign in sheet or say she'll be with me in a moment...but no. After several minutes of standing, I sat down and still have yet to be addressed. No hello, how are you, didn't ask my name. FYI... I'm the only person here! She answered another call, got up and walked away twice. Both times making direct eye contact with me, yet I'm still sitting here. Luckily I'm enjoying what's on TV, so it's moving my little 30 min lunch break along. No service from me Dr. Burton.

My tummy tuck wound was sewn poorly, so it healed into a jagged/uneven scar. My belly button was sewn back with the scaring on the surface of my belly, rather than hidden inside. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a more professional looking job. I went for a revision and paid for anesthesia. I woke up from surgery to find out he only did a lipo revision. I'm stuck with the scars until I can pay $1800 in anesthesia, so I decided to pay a tattoo artist to cover the scars. The biggest letdown of this whole experience is that I no longer have feeling in my abdomen on the surface of my skin. The doctor continued to tell me that the feeling she come back in three months but it's been almost 6 years. I was also left with ears on both sides of my tummy tuck scar. I feel botched.

If you ever decide to get the full face Botox special, ask him to provide you with an unopened vial. I honestly believe that he used some water down Daysport on my face.

From the front office staff to the doctor, I am VERY pleased with Dr. Burton.
