Have been coming to see Kelly monthly for 8 years! Fantastic experience and great skin. I am also told how fresh and young I look! Not bad for 58 years old. Highly recommend

I absolutely loved Dr. Patrick. She drained a ganglion cyst I had on the wrist of my dominant arm that had grown to about the size of a grape. I'd had the cyst since 2012 but never had it treated since my understanding had been, while unsightly, it was ultimately harmless. Over the past 12 months I've had progressively worsening pain in my forearm that slowly but surely began to interfere with my ability to write, type, play piano, work out, and even tie balloons in preparation for my niece's 3rd birthday. After Dr. Patrick drained the fluid from my cyst, I realized how accustomed i must have become to the daily pain in my arm because it was such a significant feeling to for once not feel pain post treatment. She also took the time to reach out to me the following day to see how was which was unexpected and most certainly appreciated. Dr. Patrick was so friendly and nice, took the time to answer all my questions, and i feel very comfortable recommending her to anyone searching for a talented and compassionate surgeon.

Christy was amazing! She was conservative and effective with fillers in my face to fix a jaw surgery complication gone wrong. She brilliantly achieved the face symmetry I wanted with caution and care so I was comfortable and pain free. Christy also made me feel like I was the only patient there by listening to me and not rushing me along which seems to happen often at any office nowadays. Love her!

Dr. Ruff’s nurse practitioner, Norah Gourlay, is consistently professional, pleasant and very accommodating at making time in her schedule. The entire staff at West End are extremely well-trained, and it shows in the work they do. My wife and I would recommend West End without any reservations. This is the “go to” practice for any procedure in Washington D.C.

I can't say enough wonderful things About Dr. Ruff and his whole office staff. I have been seeing Dr. Ruff for 20+ years. That right there should say it all. I briefly went to another plastic surgeon's office for Botox and quickly regretted my decision. Most recently I have been to West End Plastic Surgery for Botox and J-Plasma for my neck and chin. Words can't describe how happy I am with my results. But most importantly they are natural but a definite improvement. Wanted to add that yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Ruff, I arrived early and he was still in surgery so they offered me to see Norah. She took the time to get to know me and go over my what Dr. Ruff did for my botox appointments in the past and answered all of my questions. She has such a gentle touch and I know the results will be amazing.
