I had a “small” spot of basil cell cancer on my nose and by the time my doctor removed it all...a third of my nose had disappeared and this occurred 2 days before Thanksgiving! To add to the drama....I had 16 out of town family members coming to my house for the holiday! My doctor contacted Dr. Papel who spoke to his staff and they all agreed to stay past their scheduled early holiday closing time to repair my damage! I was blown away by their generosity!! Not knowing what to expect, and having not researched or planned for this unfortunate occurrence, I was completely at their mercy! Not only did they put me back together again!!! but I was so impressed with their practice and extremely pleased with Dr. Papel’s reconstruction of my nose...that I went ahead and scheduled additional facial enhancements including a brow lift and neck lift. I can not say enough how well I was taken care of and how grateful I was for Dr. Papel and his team!! And completely thrilled with all of the results!! I highly recommend Dr. Papel and his entire team and give them a ten out of ten score!!!

Nice office. Kind staff. Didn't have to wait long. Available for appointments early in the morning. Dr. Papel is very informative, realistic and patient.

I am completely satisfied that Dr. Kontis understands my condition and how to improve it. She was kind, friendly, and very informative answering all of my questions and concerns. She called me later the same day as my visit to go over CT scan results. Her office and staff are friendly and welcoming. Her administrative support answered every question right away and was a pleasure to work with. I really found her website helpful as it is packed with information and pictures. Every photo shows real improvement. I'm happy and looking forward to my procedure. I have waited years to do this and I'm glad I did so that I could find Dr. Kontis. I am now writing post surgery. Dr. Kontis performed the surgery to correct my deviated septum, build a better internal nasal structure, increase sinus functioning and improve the appearance of my nose. At every point before, during, and after the procedure I received the utmost in care and consideration. It was a really good experience with resulting benefits I am so very pleased with. I love the look of my new nose and it works! Now I can: - run up a flight of stairs (13 steps) without gasping for air at the top, - do yoga without dizziness on certain postures, - sense the smell of food and the smell of a room as I enter, - sing with a clearer voice and improved resonance, - have no pressure or pain in my face, - have more energy, - easily clear away drainage, even on days with allergy symptoms. All these benefits and more I experience daily and it has made a huge change in my life. I thank you sincerely.

I highly recommend Dr. Papel!! I was referred to him by my ENT for reconstructive nose surgery after a failed surgery about 2 years ago and more declining nasal issues. My nose problems were causing me to feel ill on a daily basis. I was not only having limited air space but also repeated infections. From the moment I walked into his office, his staff was so kind and their office is very welcoming. This actually happened to be my 2nd time meeting Dr. Papel; as we discovered he did work on my nose about 15 years ago and even then... he was nothing short of wonderful and highly recommended for the repair. On my visit with him he took his time, clearly discussed with me in depth what could be done and what could not. He made sure there were no false expectations and provided me with the worst case scenario. With no hesitation he agreed to perform the needed procedure. Without the procedure, my ENT told me that my nasal problems would continue while worsening and eventually both nasal valves would collapse. I left his office feeling so confident in him. I had absolutely no hesitations .. no questions. I was so very grateful. Upon wakening up in recovery the very first thing I said was "I can breathe through my nose"! That was a first for me in a very long time. Dr. Papel was exact in his explanations of the procedure, the pain, the recovery, and where I am today . . .about 10 days out from surgery. 5 days after surgery I was able to sleep at night closed mouth breathing. At my followup, Dr. Papel removed the bandages, stitches and cast and I took a look and became teary . . I had to give him a hug. Dr. Papel's procedure has made such an improvement not only in my daily life but also the look of my nose. I no longer have the saddle nose . . the collapsing sort of roller coaster looking nose. I now have a still slightly swollen, but normal nose. and I CAN BREATHE!!!! I think Dr. Papel's staff and office is top notch and I would highly recommend Dr. Papel to anyone without hesitation. I am very grateful to him.

Dr. Kontis is one of the best there is! Her office was very neat and clean. Her staff was very warm & wonderful. And she was very polite, professional and caring. I am so grateful to have been referred to her. I've already told several friends and colleagues about Dr. Kontis. #YouGuysRock!
