They all were very nice and caring to me, they even called and e-mailed me to see how I was doing.

My 6 year old daughter needed her tooth pulled and the staff and doctor made her feel very comfortable. They got us in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

Called to make an appointment “the supervisor “ blew me off with question and said she couldn’t help. I’m filing a complain with the mass Health board as soon as I get everyone’s info Plus the “Boss” hung up on my dentist when they were explaining my refferal. Really unprofessional.

Going to this place was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life!!! I went in for a procedure called a “corenectomy”on a wisdom tooth that wasn’t even bothering me , I was Told by Dr. Frazerio that it was a simple procedure to avoid nerve damage because I wasn’t a candidate for a full extraction..Well during that simple procedure he broke my jaw and ended up removing the wisdom tooth after he said I shouldn’t remove the tooth !! I had to be rushed to the hospital and now I have screws and plate and a huge scar across my neck for life...This office and Dr.Frazerio are shady from the cover ups to the condescending way He spoke to me, and the lack of moral/ ethical behavior should never be allowed in any health care field...I read a previous comment where the young lady said she was told she is making things up in her head, I wonder if there is a particular race of people he believes makes things up..He hasn’t herd the last of me, I will speak my story out to anyone..Save yourselves Don’t Go to this office!!!!
