All of the staff that I interacted with in the office were very professional and considerate of me, as a patient. They were always aware of my comfort and kept me well informed of what was involved with the procedure to be done as well as the post procedure care needed.

Amazing staff and superb care from the start. Dr. Raynham came highly recommended for my MOHs surgery. She was extremely competent and professional throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the results even 1 week post-op. I will continue to be seen by the doctors associated with this practice. I am so glad I found doctors and surgeons I can trust to treat my skin cancer.

From the receptionist at the front, through all the nurses & assistants (Debbie, Janet & Jeannine) & Dr Hayes herself, they could not have been more informative, caring, professional & considerate.

Patient of Dermcare.US twice, for MOH,S Surgery. Received superior care, expert Surgical Care. Total professionals. Nurses and staff likewise. In particular Dr. Helen Raynham, MD. I write this commentary with thirty-two years of Medical Management experience.

I had a procedure involving stitches completed at this Chelmsford office. Dr. Raynham was excellent in her “bedside” manner, talking me through it and educating me on the process that would be done. I felt calm and well-taken care of throughout the whole time. She spoke in a positive tone and made sure I was comfortable. The only downside was having to wait about an hour and twenty minutes for my appointment at the end of the day. I assume they were backed up from earlier in the day. The office staff were very kind and attentive. Thank you to the Chelmsford office for helping to make my experience a great one!
