I give Dr Ley 3 stars instead of 1 because she was the only Dermatologist out of 4 to properly diagnose my daughters's problem. The office is over booked and Dr Ley is always in a hurry. I am sure she is billing the insurance company for at least a 20 minute visit, but you are lucky if she is in your room for 2 minutes. She removed a mole from my leg and there was No scar or any indications of anything ever being there until the mole started growing into 2 moles because all the borders were not taken. Now, I have to go back and go through it all again, however, I will go back because she is good.

Terribly run practice. Staff is rude and rushing. During the appt, they focused more on their EMR and how to use it vs. The patient. The doctor has an attitude of your not worth my time and is booked at least a month in advance. The lag time is definitely not worth the service. Your on hold for forever on the phone. Nursing staff does not ever answer their extension and you have to leave a message. Most of the time no one calls you back.

I visited this office for the first and last time with my daughter today. We waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, and once we were in the room we waited another 15 to 20 minutes for the Dr. When the nurse finished with the medical history she asked if we mind if a resident saw my daughter first, and the doctor will come in afterwards, we said that was fine. When the doctor/resident came in she immediately started looking at the chart and did not introduce herself. It was at least 45 seconds before she turned around to even make eye contact with us. Only then I was able to see that it was in fact the doctor because her name was on her jacket. We went with questions regarding her skin that's why we went to the a dermatologist. We left with 2 scripts, advise from her for my daughter to lose weight, and to make a follow up appointment in 2 months. All of that in less then 5 minutes. Will not be returning, felt like she was to busy to answer my questions.

Awesome, thorough, and knowledgeable care. Worked through a difficult & complicated condition successfully. So pleased with Dr. Veremis-Ley.

This is the first time I've ever been to this facility, claiming I was a new patient to them. I made it to my appointment at 3:30 on time and signed in. I had noticed it was busy and asked how long the wait would be and they claimed not long because they had 4 doctors on staff. I sat in the waiting room for a hour and a half waiting to get called back. Once I got into the room I made it known that I had been waiting a while to be even called back into the room and the assistant said its always like that. After answering the new patient questions, she said the doctor would be right in and hopefully the wait would not be to long. I waited another half hour and decided enough was enough when it became 5 and I had still not be seen by a doctor after waiting almost 2 hours. I was absouloutley appalled with the timely manner this office has. If you can not take new patients and see them within the office/appointment time you should not take on new patients.
