Highly skilled, experienced surgeon yielding excellent results. Exemplary bedside manner. Excellent communicator. Kind and compassionate. Impeccable follow up! Committed throughout entire process, beginning to end. Professional, caring staff. Edina Plastic Surgery went above and beyond to treat me as a person versus another patient having a routine cosmetic procedure. Very positive, personalized experience.

I have been struggling with my weight for years. I heard about Dr. Nathan Leigh from a patient of mine. I was dreading the consultation more than the thought of surgery. I was so mortified by the way I looked that I thought I would sob the whole time in embarrassment. I do not know how he does it, but Dr. Leigh made me feel so comfortable. It probably sounds corny but the best way I can describe the experience is to compare him to a sculptor. My current state was just a starting point and he wasn't looking at me but instead what I could become. I did cry that day but only after I left. It was from sheer joy. I couldn't wait to get started. I scheduled a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction. The worst part of the entire process was waiting for the day to arrive. Dr. Leigh reminded me that if I continued living the same way that I had in the past that I would arrive at the same destination. This encouraged me to reduce my weight as much as possible prior to the surgery. I lost 35 lbs in the 8 weeks before surgery. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. Surgery went according to plan and I was very comfortable during my recovery. I was prepared for it to be very painful. I had some tightening in my abdomen but that was it. My back pain disappeared overnight and my self-esteem sky-rocketed. This was the BEST thing I have EVER done in my life. I would do it over again in a heartbeat, but only if Dr. Leigh was available. He is so warm and kind. A great bedside manner and excellent surgeon. I highly recommend Edina Plastic Surgery, LTD and Dr. Nathan Leigh

I came 5 hours from Green Bay, WI to see Dr. Nathan Leigh! I CANNOT say enough good things about Dr. Nathan Leigh & Edina Plastic Surgery. I had an Abdominoplasty with Liposuction due today! If you are looking for someone who is beyond qualified and cares about you, the patient, then travel to this facility, no matter how far you live. I was extremely nervous about being knocked out. This clinic and their staff is absolutely State Of The Art! I am not in pain and I feel amazing! The staff had such great bed side manners and everyone took great care of me. For me, I needed that reassurance. I was comforted and even had my hand held. I’m glad I made this choice, although I was so nervous. It was BEYOND worth it. Not just because of Dr. Leigh’s credentials (although highly important!) and the friendly staff: But because of the results! I have five children and my abdominal walls were beyond stretched. No amount of diet and exercise would ever move that! I’m so thrilled as I start this amazing journey. Go see Dr. Leigh!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the experience I had at Edina Plastic Surgery. I went in for Liposuction in my "tummy pouch" that had gotten a little out of control. I was nervous the day of the surgery but the nurses and staff made me feel right at home, answered my questions and really made sure I was taken care off 110%. When I woke up there was a nurse at the foot of my bed waiting for me to wake up and took amazing care of me -- I was her ONLY priority. I would, hands down recommend this practice to friends, AND FAMILY!! THANK YOU DR WILKE!
