I chose Dr. Kaplan to be my surgeon after a couple of other consultations, due to the personal one on one time he spent in our first appointment , as well as answering all my questions (there were many!). Chris' direct and no-nonsense approach, gave me great confidence in their team! I am 6 months post-surgery and have recently had an additional procedure done with them as well, since the first has gone so smoothly! Highly recommend!! Thanks Dr. K and Chris!

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kaplan and his staff. They did a wonderful job on my breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier. I was very nervous and they made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Chris was great through the whole process and even today, she is there if I need anything. She is so nice and personable. She made my experience very relaxed and has gained my trust should I decide to have other services done in the future. I would highly recommend them! They are a fantastic team! Very happy I chose Dr. Kaplan!

I was referred by my best friend to Dr. Kaplan!! He did an AMAZING JOB on hers. So I came to Dr. Kaplan all the way from Wichita Kansas (5 hours away) to get my procedure done! It's 3 weeks post op and I'm soooooooo HAPPPY with my results! Kris and her fellow nurses and staff was amazing! The facility they used in Moberly was so clean quite and wasn't busy and rambunctious and overwhelming. It was a great place and the focus was all on me. I would do it all over again. I'm sending ALL of my friends and clients to Dr. Kaplan. I couldn't thank them all enough!! A+++

I had a breast augmentation procedure in 2015. I was recommended by a friend, and I really liked that Dr. Kaplan was prior military. Chris has always been rude, and never acts like she cares or wants to deal with any patients and their concerns at all. Now, for my procedure -- first they charged me more than I was told originally. When the procedure was over, they said they weren't able to go with the original size I had chosen, which was only a C-cup but that they "squeezed" as much as they could in there. My left breast is bigger than my right breast. My right breast is basically almost under my arm pit. When I called and said that something must be wrong, and that I was also having lots of pain, I was told that I have "phantom pain" and that I need to get used to it. I went back in and requested a breast lift, which should have been done during my initial procedure, but I was told I may not need it. And I should have learned then to run, and go somewhere else. Well, I didn't. Instead of a lift, the put 2 rings under my nipples and re-positioned my nipples instead to make it look as if the breasts had been lifted. On top of it, Chris left 2 stitches in my right nipple that I had to remove myself! They never call back; they never follow up; and now I have to basically fix the botched procedure, they claimed they would do an excellent job on. My gynecologist stated this was the worst augmentation procedure he had ever seen and that he was so sorry this happened to me. I don't usually do negative reviews, but I want to make people very aware. I do agree with one of the other reviews, that they argue in front of you and it's really just a very uncomfortable environment. Ladies, RUN from this establishment, and find someone who cares about their work more than they care about the money. I wouldn't even go back there with a promise that they could resolve any of the issues I described above. Sometimes it's better to cut your losses and find someone who will do the job right the first time.
