I have been coming to this office for years the staff is wonderful I love them like they are family. They are sensitive to your needs and very helpful if you have questions. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting area is so beautiful and the seating is comfortable.

Horrible experience! -I had to walk out of the consultation because I just got a very negative feeling from the Doctor and staff and situation. -Lena/Lina (lady at front desk/office manager) has the personality of a streetwalker (sorry). -I called to get help finding the office and the other lady who answered made a remark about appointment time even though the other lady who said it was okay to be 15 minutes late when I first called; I drove for an hour on i95 -Dr. Greaney refused to give me a consultation unless I signed a sheet about no guarantees of results for plastic surgery. -Doctor Greaney refused to give me a FREE consultation about plastic surgery unless I provided social security number and insurance info and all other information. -Doctor Greaney and office manger Lena refused to give me a consultation even though they knew I drove from far away and waited a month for the appointment and went through all of the trouble of getting there too including pay for parking. -I told them that they were unreasonable and I walked out. -It was VERY difficult and time consuming to find the office in maze of a buildings at Penn Medicine. -The office is very dark- no light. -Overly expensive parking. -They only give a lousy 10% discount on parking validation, and it still costs $20 for each visit.
