It's been a year since my surgery and I still do not love my nose. I thought maybe after giving it a year recovery I would learn to love it but I shouldn't have to LEARN to love it. Dr. Tobias was indeed honest was he promised a natural looking nose. My new nose compared to what it was is definitely natural looking. No one would ever know. However that is also the problem. He barely changed it at all. He did what he called a "refinement" on my nose vs a full blown nose job and with that ..... does it look better than it did? Yes. Is it what I wanted fully wanted? No. Dr. Tobias promised a natural looking fix to what my concerns were about my nose and he indeed did refine it. However my problem with what was done is that 1. He did so minimal that it still looks big. Refined and better yes. But still big and thus 2. Was not worth the amount of money I paid for this "refinement". He wouldn't go smaller because he was fixated on the making me look "so natural" but when I look in the mirror, although again an improvement, I don't love what I see. I see a ton of money wasted on a "refinement".

Dr. Tobias is a highly professional and skilled rhinoplasty specialist who performed a closed rhinoplasty on my nose and both of my teenaged children. The outcome in all three cases was better than expected and we are all so happy to have chosen Dr. Tobias. The healing process was very fast and there are no outward scars. The results are so natural and beautiful and I think he is truly remarkable!

I went to doctor Tobias almost 20 years ago, and the reason I chose him was because he was passionate about his work, he told me "that the nose was the center of everything around your face" and he was right a go nose job will highlight your cheek bones, lips, eyes and so on. Dr Tobias made me aware of what kind of nose would look right on me (even though I wanted a tiny nose) thank god I listened to him. The modification to my nose were not exaggerated, suttle yet dramatic. It changed my whole face. Till this day no one knows that I've had a nose job, everyone believes I was born with this nose, and it's perfect. I can't say enough about doctor Tobias. What I can tell you is he is truly an artist. Thank you! Eddie. C

I was telling some coworkers the other day that I had a nose job and they had no idea and said it looks so natural. I often forget myself that this isn't the nose I was born with since when I look in the mirror now I am happy with what I see. It's been 15 years since I saw Dr. Tobias and had rhinoplasty. I am still so happy with the results!! I was so scared to have surgery and remember how great he and his staff were. It even inspired me to get into the medical field and I am now a nurse. I just was thinking about how thankful I am to have found such a great surgeon then and I want to say thank you!!!
