I was very pleased with Dr. Kwan and his staff. On my day of surgery, I was nervous being it was my first surgery .Once you meet the staff, the anesthesiologist , nurse and Dr. Kwan you feel that you are in good hands. I’m pleased with my results and I appreciate the after care as well. The office is clean and beautiful and you feel that your the only one there.

Dr Kwan’s care and bed side manners are excellent. He listens to your issues and recommends the best results. The nurse and office manager along with the rest of the staff are sweet and caring. They always take your call and answer any question you may have. Doctor Kwan is an expert in what he does and I'm totally happy with my results. I have referred friends and they have referred some of their friends and we are all beyond grateful and satisfied.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Kwan. I was in and out without feeling rushed at all, and he definitely made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. Very elegant office as well. Absolutely zero complaints!

Had breast augmentation done with Dr Kwan (Manhattan office) in June 2018. Very very happy with results. Breasts were originally a "very" small A (lost a bit of weight) and breasts sat to the sides (hard to achieve cleavage!) and not as perky as I would have liked them! Such a bad combo, I know! Got 275cc put in (I could have gone up two sizes to 305CC as was told I have the breast diameter for it but for me I just wanted slightly bigger breasts), round silicon used (recommended against tear drop - thank god or else they wouldn't look as perky!!). At first thought they were too big (very full C cup, I was previously 32A!), but it’s now been two months and breasts have settled in nicely. Had many people say how natural they look, they feel great (don't feel fake at all) and soft too!! I’m extremely happy with them. Incision was under the arm (planning to have kids later)

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Kwan. I recently had rhino surgery. I woke up from surgery with no pain. Felt safe and secure. He is the best surgeon that I know within the metro area. The staff was amazing as well. I recommend him highly for your plastic surgery needs
