Dr. Spiro and his staff made me feel whole again. As a cancer survivor, I remained silently in pain for many years. When I finally went back to see Dr. Spiro, he immediately put my fears to rest and told me he could fix things. He is understanding and compassionate; he listened to my concerns. He explained everything that he would do and my results were beyond my hopes. His staff is knowledgeable, accommodating and caring. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I had breast reconstruction over 20 years ago and one of my breasts collapsed. Since the doctor who performed the original surgery has since retired I made an appointment with Dr. Spiro. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. The surgery went very well and the results are amazing. I can't thank him enough. He is an incredible surgeon, very professional and caring and his entire staff is wonderful.

I cannot recommend Dr. Spiro and his talented team of nurses and assistants highly enough. He is, without a doubt, an incredibly talented, understanding and meticulous plastic surgeon. I had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure with accompanying liposuction in 2012 and I am very, very pleased with my results. After 2 tough pregnancies and c-sections, my body was essentially left in ruins. Dr. Spiro worked his magic and not only changed my body, but changed my outlook on myself and instilled confidence in me that I hadn't realized I had lost via childbearing. He tells me that you need "Time, money and courage" to have cosmetic work done and I am so happy I was lucky enough to find all three. I have had the occasion to speak to groups of young women on balancing career, family and societal pressures and I say you need a good home life and family, a career you are passionate about and a doctor like Scott Spiro to help you look and feel the best you can. So I wanted to write a review the moment I had my first appointment but I didn't since I thought to get the job done first and then go into details. Today is my first day after Dr Spiro performed breast augmentation on me. I am happy about the results; here are some facts for those who are looking for the right doctor: 1. Office is nice and clean 2. Staff is friendly, all young girls and are all neat and clean (trust me I am that type of person that will walk away the moment something stinks or doesn't look good to the eye) 3. I was disappointed with the scheduler woman (had to follow up with her two times) BUT if you decide to call simply ask for Dianne: she is on point and just a super star, organized, direct and great follow ups 4. Dr Spiro is what I envisioned my plastic sergeant to be like: calm, gentle, fit, pleasant and not pushy. He doesn't go on and on about what how and where he just states facts and gives you his honest opinion. Answered all my questions of course and when I asked him to sort of draw what my "boobs" will look like when finished he took a pencil and drew a profile that pictured exactly what I wanted and had in mind. 5. Paperwork and details are easy to understand and besides I personally didn't do any research I just brought a picture of what I want showed it to the doctor and that's it. 6. If you need reassurance please review their site. Very complex cases before and after pictures so that right there proved me that that's a doc for me. Price wise they are right in the middle. I got quotes like 6k to 12k. So he was right in the middle. Surgery lasted 1.5h and I was home the same day. Very happy and I am looking forward to swelling going away and enjoying my new ME! This is a quick update: 3rd day after surgery and I am driving already (local nothing too far); I feel no pain but I guess it's case by case basis, and just FYI I went from AA to a small B. Maybe the fact that size wasn't huge has to do with faster healing as well but from what I learned it's really the doctor doing a great job! Also just spoke to my girlfriends that did their breasts elsewhere: one has to do a fix because the breast is going under her armpit (after just 2 years!), another one is 4 weeks into having her small Cs and it looks like it's still sitting up there very high and swelling is still there. Very happy I did my own search and went with Dr Spiro!

Wanted to put fingers to keyboard and express our gratitude to Dr Spiro for the excellent work he did on my wife's bi-lateral mastectomy. Second bout with cancer, this time involving much more than the first time yet Dr Spiro handled my wife with care, compassion and gave her a rosy outlook from start to finish. Truly placed her in a good place and the result, well, is incredible. Our thanks go to Dr Spiro and his incredible team who were there, whenever we called and needed them, any day or hour. They is truly the best... of the best.
