I went to see Dr Busch as a first time patient after years of ear problems and hearing loss. I waited almost an hour before seeing him. I was ushered into a freezing cold room and waited some more. Dr let me tell him what I was experiencing for about 2 min before he began looking in my ears , nose and at my teeth. He told me very quickly that he saw nothing wrong and dismissed all of my concerns. He then had me wait again, for a hearing test. The equipment was dated and the woman administering the test confirmed that. She let me know the ear I was having issues with was scoring a little lower, but that all the tests we fine. She sent me into another room, to wait, again. Dr came in, told me there is nothing wrong ( keep in mind my PCP writes RX at least every 3 months for ear infections and saw damage at my well visit ). Anyway, he offered me NOTHING , not advice , no folllow up, just basically made me feel as if all my complaints were made up. On my way out, the woman at the front handed me a flyer for WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY!! What a waste of my time, this visit let me way past disappointed. Maybe he is good for plastic surgery ( his face would lend to the idea he has had quite of bit of work ). I would NOT recommend him as an ENT.

I had my ear wax removed in April 2017 with Dr. Busch as I have many times. Dr. Busch did/does a thorough, great job. I waited about 15 minutes to see him, which is standard. His office is very convenient, and his staff is attentive and efficient. My elderly mother (90's) also goes to Dr. Busch, and he is always respectful, efficient and effective in his treatments.

If there was a way to give minuses I'd give 5 of them. Per my husband: Mark Nedela as of 5th of October 2017. I'm writing this because my husband doesn't know how to work/use his cell. As he went in a patient was walking out stating "this is ridiculous"... CLUE #1. He then waited 15/20 mins. After he ckd his ears out, he suctioned the wax out. However, he still couldn't hear, so he said to him "I believe there's fluid behind my ear and can he poke it, he said no, because "he didn't want to leave scar tissue behind". My husband still couldn't hear. Clue#2. He left. He then went to his OTHER doc. (Not in plan) His ENT dr was actually from Advanced ENT-@PENN MED. NOW, he "poked" it! (Lol). NOW HE CAN HEAR!!! Does ANYONE understand how much that means!!!! Obviously, this doc has no freakin CLUE. IF HE JUST WANTED TO BE A PLASTIC SURGEON THEN HE SHOULDN'T HAVE PUT UP THAT' HE'S AN ENT!!!!!3RD clue

I was sent here from my physician because I needed a specialist but he told me nothing new and I left with information I had already known. Absolutely no help and did nothing for me. I literally was in the room with him for not even five minutes, you can tell he wanted you in and out. I left wasting most of my time waiting to get called in and paying a lot for a service that was terrible! Never had an experience like this at a doctor's office.

I would not describe Dr. Busch as helpful at all. Saw me for a few minutes, spoke over me when I tried to speak. Was quickly ushered away for hearing tests in the basement. Brought back to room, was told I had probable Meniere's disease, nothing he could do, wrote a script and I was done.
