Dr. Kwak and his team are exceptionally caring, attentive and skilled. Throughout the entire process from my first meeting to all follow up sessions I felt I got full time and attention to address and discuss any considerations and concerns. The operation I underwent helped enhance my sinuses and my breathing has improved drastically - achieving all that we had set out to achieve. Everything about the process and recovery seemed relatively seamless and I felt well supported throughout.

It is always anxiety driven to decide to get any type of surgery done because one never knows what the outcome will be until healing is complete. Dr. Kwak and his entire staff are professional but still very personable. The whole process was enjoyable from start to finish. Dr. Kwak listens to your wants and needs and also uses his expert opinion. My breathing is dramatically better. After living with a deviated septum due to an injury, I had accepted that maybe this would be my permanent way of living. I thank Dr. Kwak and his team so much and he is truly a gifted surgeon.

Dr. Kwak is the best. Not only is he attentive, he has an amazing bedside manner as well. I am always pleased with the results, as I pay him a visit once every few months. Lastly, the staff is wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Kwak to anyone.

Dr. Kwak has a lovely manner. He was kind and gentle. I was taken care of promptly and efficiently, even though it was a very last-minute appointment, as I was coming unexpectedly from my MOHS surgeon for a major plastic surgery repair. He did an excellent job. The office staff was professional, as well.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kwak and his staff. The experience I had with my septoplasty I would rate as 5 stars. He was professional as a person and gentile as a surgeon. The recovery time was short and I didn't get black eyes from the procedure. His staff was also professional and his offices were very nicely located in the Upper East Side.
