Bad experience,a real nightmare I went to Dr Hazen to fix my under eye bag ,I paid couple thousand $ ,first she said it was just fatigue and stress only a cream will help ,then she proposed the filler if I need quick result .I had to pay couple thousand $$$ She injected the filler in my under eyes after couple days I called to complain that one eye is fine but the other one wasn't ,they gave me an appointment saying that Dr Hazen will fix , When I went back ,the Dr put more filling and I had to pay extra $$$, I end up with two under eye bags she put the filler in the wrong place now I have two under bags in both eyes ,I email them but never get a response ,all I want is to take off that second filler but I'm scared to end up with more damage

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Dr. Jill Hazen and her staff. Not only is Dr. Hazen an amazing surgeon, she is something rarer: a thoughtful, warm, caring human being. My daughter was treated with kindness and understanding from the moment she walked through the door for her first office visit. All her trepidations were laid to rest immediately. After choosing to have surgery she was encouraged and supported before and throughout the procedure. The job done is stunning and the support is tremendous. My daughter is thrilled with the result which, I can honestly say, has changed her life. She would never have felt as comfortable and secure with anyone else.

I’m not normally compelled to sit down and write a review unless I feel genuinely moved or passionate about “someone or something”. In this case, I must say it’s both. Firstly, let me start with that “someone" - Dr. Jill Hazen is not only a remarkable Plastic Surgeon, possessing tremendous professionalism and skill in her field, but she is also a genuine, warm, lovely and caring person. These are the qualities that drew me to her initially. I’ve been a patient of hers for 7 years now and plan to be for many more. Approaching sixty, I am a woman that cares about looking and feeling good. It has a way of enhancing both my overall physical and emotional state and for me that is extremely important. I also chose to achieve a natural more youthful look. In certain situations it’s been a challenge for me to find a physician who possesses both human compassion and expertise in the medical field. I did a lot of leg work before considering a Plastic Surgeon and I will tell you from the bottom of my heart, that Dr. Jill Hazen it that special “someone!” Now, onto that “something” - Recently I paid my latest visit to Dr. Hazen to obtain more information on a new laser that she had recommended for me called the “eTWO”. Familiar with my medical history, she knew that I had suffered with facial acne in my youth which left me with minimal to somewhat significant scarring, particularly on my cheek area. Other lasers, though they do a fabulous job turning back the clock as well, don’t necessarily remove acne scarring completely. Thanks to the “eTWO” and Dr. Hazen, this in the first time in my life that I can actually remember my face “scar free”. The incredible procedure not only worked miraculously but was non-invasive and I was even able to go out the same evening. I personally, had no bruising and very minimal discomfort with this laser. It was “remarkable” really! Not only have my husband and friends commented joyously on the “scar free glowing me”, but no one, including “ME” can get over the youthfulness, contour, tone and radiance that I now have after the “eTWo” procedure. I am delighted when I look in the mirror and see the new, younger, radiant ME! Thank you Dr. Hazen and “eTWO”!

I've been going to Agnes Francois, Dr. Hazen's asthetician for about 6 years. Thanks to Agnes my almost 43 year old skin receives complements. There is no fountain of youth but Agnes' services ( I love the Skin Medica Vitalize peel the best) and good preventative skin care certainly help. I always knew Agnes was wonderful but never really knew how wonderful until I made the mistake of going to someone else. It was the first time I had an opportunity to compare services. My results were practically non-existant and certainly not what I had grown accustomed to over my years with Agnes. I could not wait to find the time to book an appointment ASAP to bring my glow back that I had grown to expect over the years It made me realize the products are obviously wonderful, however they are only as good as the individual administering them. Attention to detail is critical and obviously time spent with her patients equals beautiful skin. My lesson is learned and my skin is grateful that there is someone as careful and thorough as Agnes is with her clients. Thank you so much for caring about your end product, my skin appreciates it!
