I had a breast lift as well as augmentation surgery with this doctor now two years later I have put my problems in another doctors hands (not much better) loves to blame my first( Ortegon) doctor. If this doctor would have done his job in the first place, I wouldnâ€™t be in my situation. He butchered me, my scares came out horrible. My nipples were on top of my breasts, my left breast was bottomed out! This doctor showed no concern he got his 10k and was on to the next. I plead to you do not let this doctor do your breasts, you will be ruined. I would first shop around and then decide, he over charges because he is not busy. You would think the more the money, the better the outcome, you get what you pay for, wrong!! I wish I never got my surgery with him. Iâ€™m so sad and I still cry about it. Iâ€™m very emotional and do not know where to turn. I am 27 years old, I was 25 when I got it done. I should not be going through this. But the best thing a can do is prevent someone else from having to go through it too. This review is real not sugar coated, this is the reality of this surgeon. You have been warned. He over charges from the vitamins to the surgery to the scar cream. I got both vitamins and scar cream free from my other doctor and at least heâ€™s trying to make me happy. Oh and for a fraction of the cost Ortegon is charging. Please listen do not put your self through this Misery.

Dr. Ortegon & Nichole & Lisa are the best Iâ€™ve had 3 surgeries with him after my 30â€™s he is professional and I let Iâ€™m make all the decisions and my body looks amazing. I only recommend Nichole for post op. They are the best. I highly recommend Dr. Ortegon and his team. My family uses him and we have all been extremely happy. Let him know I referred you!!!

I paid $7,000 for surgery in where he gave me what he wanted not what I wanted. I don't make a lot of money and I had to finance a great deal of that to which I still pay today. I painstakingly made it very clear to the doctor that I wanted small B's after having my back fused it was necessary and was my comfort level as I had never been large-breasted before. I wrote this down on paper work and I met with them three to four times before the surgery to make it abundantly clear. He chose to give me full C's. I have not put on weight or lost weight. I have met with him to express my concern and disappointment. It breaks my heart that I felt like I could trust him and his staff and that he's not honorable. I paid for something very very specific and he went against my wishes as the patient and gave me full C. His staff then attempted to insult me by asking me how do I not know those are not B's at which point I said I'm leaving. They were willing to correct IF I paid more of 2500! This is not honorable and it's not correct. I was very diligent and very articulate and what I needed and what my comfort level was. He won against that and did what he wanted to do and will not honor the original service agreement.

Dr. Ortegon is an incredible surgeon, highly professional, and I'd absolutely recommend him if you're considering elective or corrective surgery. He took excellent care of me and the results were amazing. His staff was great too!

Horrible experience. Lopsided augmentation. Went in requesting a full size C. Year later lopsided ,saggy , size B...also you can see on one side the implant protruding .... He wants to charge me 8,800 to correct what was not delivered .. Very unprofessional....
