I am truly thankful for so many aspects of my experience with Dr. Chan and her entire staff that I really do not know where to begin. So I will start with the part that I am most excited about… my results! Dr. Chan is a wonderful Plastic Surgeon, but above all else, a terrific human being!

I recently had a bilateral mastectomy and am currently in the process of reconstruction with Dr. Chan. In my first phase of reconstruction my healing has gone very well. I'm pleasently surprised at how fine the scars are. For now I have temporary implants (tissue expanders) but I have good expectations for my final reconstruction. Dr. Chan is very open, encourages questions, and takes concerns and input from her patients to heart. She is willing to sit and talk about the whole reconstruction plan and alternatives for proceedures if there are any. Patient self-image is important to her, she always wants my input on how I feel about how iIlook and how we are progressing. My husband thinks shes great because of how much she includes him in our conversations when he goes with me. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

After being diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I was referred to Dr. Chan for reconstruction. I cannot even begin to tell you what a blessing she has been. She truly treats the whole patient and is so kind and caring and considerate. It was a truly devastating diagnosis, but with Dr. Chan's help and professional approach, I am truly beginning to feel whole again. She does a beautiful job of reconstrucion. She is a perfectionist, and she truly listens to your concerns and actually addresses them. I have been greatly blessed to have her in my corner!! And I would recommend her highly to anyone facing such a devastating diagnosis. In my opinion, she is the BEST!!!!
