The receptionist was very rude. Had no patience to speak to me. Did not want to explain anything to me , it’s the beginnings of 2021 , she wants to give me a consultation appointment until 2023 ! Absolutely worst customer service. I would not even want to get anything done with this dr. Just because of this bad attitude person.

Dr. Alejandro Molinar DO NOT go get your lips done here. I went there purposely because it was cheaper but I advise just spend the money on someone you truly know will do amazing work he has no pictures of his work because it is horrible I went in and he just injected the middle on my lips top and bottom I knew it was wrong but I gave him the benefit of the doubt I went home and gave it to weeks as he said. I have two large balls where he injected me two at the top and two at the bottom I truly hate my lips now I have to pay more money to get them dissolved and re-done by someone who has pictures of their work and will do them properly. Overall I am giving it two stars because the staff is really sweet just please do your research before doing anything and invest don't just go because its cheap I wish I had seen more reviews and I hope this helps. I have attached some photos of my before and after getting them fixed by of course another dr. I was advised that what Dr Alejandro put in my lips (juvederm voluma) should NEVER be put in the lips it is meant for the bone (Check filler) they where so shook when I told them it took me 5 whole session of desolvement to get the lumps out it was so hard because again it is not meant to be injected in the lips. Although this happened I’m happy I can share and stop anyone from doing this with Dr Alejandro Molinar. I hope this helps! My after picture was taken right after my last desolvement appointment they are not perfect but way better then what I had if you have ever had desolvement you know how painful it is and how the price can add up please do your research to avoid all this

The first thing that the assistant Mojica is very rude, she does not answer me anymore because I asked her why she was charging me in dollars if I was going to travel to Ciudad Juárez precisely to pay in pesos and it would be cheaper and she told me if the dollar is 20 pesos he only added the dollar amount per peso and I told him to give me the prices in pesos and he didn't want to so I told him I'm going to cancel the appointment because many people travel all the way to pray for money but he took advantage of me when he realized that my The phone number was from the United States when I told him that, he never answered me, I kept waiting if they did that for an hour, you can imagine after paying, I definitely do not recommend that clinic at all, if the assistant Mónica reacts like that, there is no confidence at all 👎
