I drive 200 miles one way to have DR Ratner care for my daughter . He is so awesome and caring and explains everything .

My daughter saw Dr. Ratner for a chin laceration she suffered while playing lacrosse. The staff was extremely accommodating to make us an appointment quickly. Dr. Ratner allayed our concerns and was excellent communicating with my daughter on the nature of her injury, what he was going to do to help, and how she needed to take care of it post visit. I was very comfortable asking questions and was extremely satisfied with his overall level of care under very stressful circumstances.

I have been on Dr. Ratner’s care since last month when I fell. He is absolutely amazing, thorough, caring and patient with me explaining everything. If I could give him more stars I would. His attending nurse has been wonderful as well. The reception staff very sweet and accommodating. The offices are convenient, ample parking and clean. A pleasure to go there.

The stuff is very friendly, Dr explained everything very well about my surgery he took his time and talked about every detail, so I was convinced to do surgery with him. The final product is very disappointing I am not satisfied since I have to go back to the operating room, because my breast is uneven.

I don’t even know where to begin. I LOVE Dr.Ratner and the entire staff including Wendy and Gina. Every time I walk in I’m greeted With such a smile and amazing service. I’ve had a few bad fillers and dr.ratner has given me the lips of my dreams and NO ONE knows their not real. Their never over done, he is so honest and tells me when I need the full vial or half, he makes sure my face still has movement with the Botox and not frozen. Nothing but fabulous things to say about him and everyone else. Never ever feel any pain either. You must go !!!!
