The office was very modern and extremely clean with a very large and comfortable reception area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But the best part of the visit was my actual checkup with Dr. Noah Gratch. He had a great personality and was extremely thorough in checking me out from head to toe. He and his physician's assistant explained everything as the exam progressed and I was treated quickly with very little pain. I would highly recommend him as a Dermatologist you will be happy with.

Quick and friendly service. Brianna Scotti was super helpful and was answering my questions before I even asked them! Was recommending this office to everyone as soon as I left.

Had to wait a little bit past my expected appointment, about 20 mins but that seems to be normal for most doctor visits. Dr was pleasant and attentive to my concerns. I was happy with the results and would recommend this doctor.

I am a long time patient of MDCS and have had extensive procedures performed on this "old body. While I normally get treated in the Commack office, I recently have been treated in the Smithtown and Plainview as well. All of the offices are very professional, well organized and staffed with competent caring personnel. l have recommended this Dermatology group to family and friends and would endorse their services to anyone.
