Dr. Chun was absolutely in tune with everything I asked for. He did an amazing job on my surgery and he will always be my doctor of choice for this type of surgeon. And, thank you to Trish and all the office staff who were always so friendly and helpful.

Dr. Chun is the only surgeon in Knoxville that I would trust with my body for plastic surgery. He didn't try and rip me off price wise like two of his competitors did. He preformed my surgery without a hitch and then called daily to check on me. He saw me afterward for check ins for over a year to make sure my scar was good and this was at no charge. I have been to him for botox as well and he does not try and take advantage of you by adding more units or telling you need it somewhere else. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family. His assistant Trish is great as well.

Dr. Chun was very upfront and honest with my husband about a procedure that he needed done. Throughout the surgery and time in the hospital, Dr Chun continuously checked on us. The surgery was completed almost a month ago, and throughout the recovery time at home, anytime we had questions or concerns, the office was easy to get ahold of, and quick with answers. As far as the previous review, I can 100% vouch that this office does not have money as their primary thought. Dr Chun had to work with another surgeon for this procedure. Our insurance approved the other surgeons portion, but did not approve Chuns portion. I'm not sure what they worked out between them, or if we will get an invoice at some point in the future, but all I can say is He has done a wonderful job taking care of my husband, which is my only concern.

This office is so greedy they tell you to do all the leg work for the insurance before they will even see you and then when they don't like what the deal is with the insurace company they will tell you they won't do the procedure unless you pay 100% upfront and you deal with the insurance company. No way you cut it, they don't care about you they only care about the money. Look for a group that cares about the patient not the whats going in their bank account...
