They are amazing from beginning to end, a class act. The day following my surgery the Dr called and spoke with my daughter to see how I was doing. Everyone is always so kind and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy with my results and would do it again. I would say, don't put it off, you'll be glad you did it!

Great experience. All the staff was professional and helpful. I loved the frequent emails that told me what to expect throughout every phase of my recovery. I never even had to call because the emails always answered any questions I had.

Consultation (12/07/2018): I had a consultation today and it was awesome. I was promptly checked in and met with Mary Schwartz â€“ Patient Care Consultant. From the beginning to the end, Mary was very informative, listened to my needs, provided advise that best fit my personal needs and answered all my questions. She was able to ascertain what areas needed attention and recommended the best path forward. I left very informed and excited to complete my procedure soon. Thanks Mary.. 3 Month Mark Update (03/26/2019): I had my procedure done on December 26, 2018 by Dr. Matthew H. Steele, M.D. along with his assistant Bianca L, LVN. Although I was a bit nervous, the procedure was completed without any complications and was coached throughout. Dr. Matthew H. Steele, M.D. is a perfectionist, I must say. I was called the next day to ensure I was doing fine as they promised. Also, the staff was always available through these past 3 months to answer any of my questions or pacify my concerns. Today marks my 3 month anniversary. I was told that I wouldn't see final changes until after 6 to 8 months. However, I had to provide an update because at my 3 month mark I look remarkable / awesome. Everyone has noticed how I look and are very impressed. My self esteem is peaking and I couldn't be happier with Sonobello and their excellent service. The bad was that I had to upgrade my wardrobe (poor me)â€¦ I can't wait to reach the 6 month mark and beyond... :-)

The staff are all easy to work with. Mary spent all the time I needed to go over all my areas of concern. She was most helpful in helping chose the options best suited for me. There was no trying to talk me into something that wasn't going to help not necessary. Looking forward to surgery day.

Awesome! Dr Wright, Bianca, Jillian, the gal and guy on the welcoming committee at the front desk, Mary and all the nurses I came into contact with were simply wonderful. Everyone has been professional from start to care. Each has their own little personal touch they offer. During my procedure (when I was aware), I felt cared for and protected. That speaks volumes to the integrity of the staff. Being in the twilight zone is a vulnerable state. The medical care and professionalism of the Sono Bello staff goes a long way with me, considering todayâ€™s society. Follow up call and text after the procedure is a great touch! Thanks everyone!
