Doctor did great job explaining. Office manager Jennifer tru to rush me outta there. I have disability and struggled with breathing and she would have cared less. Barely showed me around and said she has another patient waiting. Gave me the price so I tried to see if they can work with me, gave me Mumbai jumbo and I left and called her few hours later and told her how I felt. She never apologized and never admitted. I shared with her that she made me feel as I couldnâ€™t afford it, price was around $19500 for couple of things. SHE STATED SHE RATHER NOT HAVE ME AS PATIENT. I couldnâ€™t believe that. Then she lied and said doctor will be out of town till Wednesday, I tried to pay to get the ball rolling and even shared with her that I was under lots of pressure but she doesnâ€™t have to be rude and letâ€™s start over. She apparently lies again and puts me on the list for June 6th surgery, next called me or cared at all. I want to Robert Wilcox In Plano and staff wow wow absolutely amazzzzing. They truly cared, treated and shared my concerns. They didnâ€™t not make me feel that they were just after my money like Jennifer made me feel. She is very controlling and rude. Robert Wilcox not only cared, but also had me scheduled for the surgery in 4 days. Very professional entity and guess what the price was 1/2 the cost. If you want an amazing experience call Robert Wilcox office where patients are cared for and you donâ€™t have to deal with used car sales ladies.

Iâ€™m really happy with the rhinoplasty that doctor Nathan did I like how itâ€™s coming out.The nurse was really nice with me the day of the surgery (5 days ago) I saw some of the doctors outcomes and I liked them.Im still a little swole and I still like how my new nose looks. It's been 3 months and my experience is yet to unfold. It's been 13 weeks since I had a brachioplasty and I must say that the Doctor and his staff are extremely friendly. As I have been patient with previous complications, the staff has been very accommodating concerning appointments and my work schedule. The only issue I've ever had was when I was asked to be at the office on a Saturday for a certain time, but the assigned nurse never showed up. Other than that, the staff has been awesome. I have had 2 holes in my arm that has successfully healed. I have had many scrapes and scars over the past 40 years of my life and have never had a keloid. I believe due to the 2-3 month delay of scar therapy that these have formed. I had lipo along with my arm lift, and there is not a major difference of my arm before and after. February 2019 will make 1/2 a year since my surgery and I will gladly update this status and my progress when I see the final result of this experience.

Dr. Yaker and his staff are the most amazing professionals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dr. Yaker is a fabulous surgeon, he is a perfectionist and he has been known to â€œclean upâ€ other doctors botch jobs as well. I have known Dr. Yaker and his awesome staff for 22+ years. I used him then and I used him again this week. I will never go anywhere else!!! God bless you all!! ðŸŒŸâï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

I love "my girls" from Dr. Yaker. He is a wonderful surgeon. Very caring and considerate and his staff is equally as awesome. Best money I ever spent.
