Dr Khetarpal operated on me 16 or 17 years ago and he's the only ENT specialist I'll see. The operation was quick & the follow-up appointments were too. Never felt rushed or that the charges to my insurance were exaggerated. I recently made an appointment for the first time in 11 years - the front desk was welcoming & the nurses were courteous. Dr K was as professional as ever, even apologizing when he had an emergency came up. A short moment later, he came back, examined me, answered my questions and gave me my prescriptions. From signing in to driving off, it was just slightly over an hour but the best part was having all my questions answered & knowing my prescriptions were going to work. Highly recommend Dr K for all your sinus related issues!

Response to Cristian Mendez Mr Mendez-please do not post such comments that are far from the truth. You and she were fully explained why general anesthesia was preferred for her and it is our intent to go into details on a public forum such as this that maligns a physician despite him and his anesthesia provider fully explaining everything. No one was forcing her- that was your and her choice. She was not a good candidate for local anesthesia and the basis for that was fully explained to you. You cannot post something just because what was recommended does not suit you. And this despite talking to her for hours and letting her decide. We even moved our surgeries around so that she could be accommodated if she decided to do it later that day. So we request that you do not post this message again because it is a perversion of the truth. Response to Ms Iliana Hernandez I am sorry if you felt that everything was not explained to you. We are a very kid friendly office but some days can be rushed or there are other situations that occur that get us busy that may make a patient feel that they did not get our full attention. Our apologies.

Worst doctor ever! Was just in a rush to see my daughter and did not even mention she needed tubes in her ear, which was the reason I went. Did not give me any explanations for why my daughter gets alot of infections in the ear. Only checked her quickly and left. He is just in a rush to see all his patients. ALSO, NOT KIDS FRIENDLY!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! HE IS THE WORST!
