My entire experience from consultation to post op appointment was great! The ladies in the office are extremely nice and attentive. Dr. Greene spoke with me in detail and I felt so comfortable with him. He listened to what my expectations were and provided me with everything I needed to know prior to making my decision. I am very pleased with Dr. Greene and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Dr Greene seemed like a nice man, but my life has been horrible for the last 13 years because I got SALINE breast implants. 6 Months after my breast augmentation at the young age of 21, my once perfect health began to decline. The first symptom was HORRIBLE insomnia. I'd never ever ever had one day of insomnia in my life before the breast implants, but all of a sudden my body would not stay asleep. I would toss and turn at night crying, not knowing why this was happening. In the back of my mind, I thought maybe it was the implants but I was rather naïve at this period of my life, blindly trusting the FDA. (What a joke) Implant companies HID the studies that proved that breast implants cause autoimmune disease. I stupidly, had not realized that the saline implants were made of SILICONE SHELLS DUH!!!! My body was reacting to these deadly toxic chemicals (look them up on google) that were in the shells. The next symptom to show up was ARTHIRITIS in my neck. At the age of 24!!! Arthiritis started in my neck , spread down my spine, up into my head, even my eyeballs and scalp hurt! Next, the muscles in my back and neck began turning stiff like rocks, this upped the pain even more. Of course, since I was in constant pain and couldn't get any deep sleep, a deep severe clinical depression developed. Another symptom that developed shortly after the implants was my urine began to smell disgusting...every single day, my urine was stinking. Well, the DAY AFTER my implants were removed, my urine smelled NORMAL!!!! After years of my pee smelling like rotten fish, my pee all of a sudden smelled NORMAL AGAIN! This validated that it was the implants all along harming my body. My other symptoms have begun to get worse and I really don't have anyone that is helping me. Most doctors are BRAINWASHED by the evil wicked implant companies that saline implants are safe. Well, let me tell you, THEY ARE NOT SAFE. I can't tell you the number of women I've met with similar issues online from saline implants that got better after they were removed, not all, but many got better. Look up the book called "The Naked Truth about Breast Implants" by Dr. Susan Kolb. She explains why the saline implants cause disease as well. Both saline and silicone implants have been linked to cancer as well! Lymphoma cancer and the fda even admits that. Also, your chances of getting lung and brain cancer triple if you have implants. Seriously, if you want bigger boobs, get a FAT TRANSFER. There are some amazing doctors that can give you a big pretty boobs without stealing your heath. I seriously deserve to be compensated for the hell I've been through. I feel like I deserve millions for what I've been going through. My quality of life is about 5% what it used to be. I don't know if I will ever get better, but I am still trying. Getting implants was the WORST decision of my life. Please don't do it! Its not worth the potential dangers I have experienced. If you don't believe me, just search online for stories of women with saline breast implants that lost their health. There are so many! A doctor in Dallas named Dr. Melmed even refused to put saline breast implants in women any more. I had a consult with him years ago and he told me that after seeing so many of the same symptoms showing up in women, he didn't have the heart to keep putting these toxic bags in women knowing they could hurt them. He said about 1 in 4 to 5 women react like this to saline implants. Just think about it, some peoples bodies are more sensitive and some people are allergic to things others aren't. Getting implants is like playing Russian roulette with your health. I have spent so much money on doctors and surgeries to try and fix this problem and now I'm super poor and in bad health, wishing I could go back in time and NEVER have gotten saline breast implants. I also had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Greene. It wasn't so good at all. I regret it as well. Its a little crooked, but I have no money to fix it so whatever...its the least of my problems now anyway.

I had my breast done over two years ago, with Dr.Greene. He gives great advice so you dont over-do the breast aug (like a porn star). Now when I say everyone, and i mean everyone since the procedure always ask me if my boobs are fake or not because im petite, but people always think there real. Its pretty funny, but im def happy with results. No problems since then. I referred two more friends to him.

I found Dr. Greene in New Beauty Magazine and he was listed in San Antonio's Top Doc's. I am so glad I went with him. From the moment I called his office to make my consultation appointment I had my questions answered by his staff. Everyone was so nice. When I met Dr. Greene I knew I was making a good choice. He was caring and answered all of my concerns. He and his staff took the time to make sure I was happy with my size and that I knew exactly what to expect both before and after surgery. This was absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had with a physician and his staff.
